Pickering Petro-Pass Truck Stop

Website says nothing about needing a petro pass to use shower, waste of time and gas coming here.thanks guys!

The staff is very good nice people except one professional driver back in my truck and left (hit and run) $4000 damage on truck and asked the manager for video still nothing? It on dec 04/23 at 19: 43

Never fill def from here if you want to save your truck.i did it two times both times had def problem.so don't

I have been coming here for years.this is a hard working family that knows how to treat truckers. It's one of the last truck stops that has a personal touch.
Spotless and safe, old school drivers know what is a gem and the facilities are kept with respect for each and every driver that walks through the door
Pumps have been working great and I encourage anyone who likes an old school touch compared to the new petro pass locations thT you can't rely on to patronize this location.last word

Went in there this morning for two refill cups of coffee. Cost almost $10! I was pretty sure I was stopping at a truck stop, not a Starbucks!

Thank you Joan for your amazing hospitality and hard work. Washing the pumps at 6 am to keep the place clean and safe was not unseen. The bathrooms are well kept and so is is the laundry area. Thank you Jacob for allowing this tired traveler to park for the night. May we meet again one day.

Stopped there this morning, to grab a refill coffee for two of us. Staff was decent, but when I went to go pay for two refill cups of coffee, I was charged for three! When I questioned why, it was because they were "the big cups"! Cost $9.10 for two refill cups! Typically when I stop somewhere for coffee it cost no more than $3.40 for the same thing. This is almost three times that price. Not impressed!

Everything I come here I have a great experience. The woman at the front desktop is very polite and professional you can tell she knows how to do her job. And if you need to make a quick for fuel or anything else this is the place to come

Nice stop for night parking, shower available here. The lady whose name is joan is very nice and speak politely with customer. She manage the cleaning of washrooms and all her duties very well.

Very clean, Joan gives great customer service and a hard worker keeping the place very clean inside and out.

The petro pass in Pickering is one of the best places I have been too, the service is always with smile, the place is always clean, and the people working there take pride on what they do, over all one of the best truck stops in Ontario

I fueled up there for the first time today, Joan was very helpful and she kept the lot and the store very clean. The restrooms were immaculate too.

I’m strongly recommending these people because of clean washroom (even they have just 2shower) very well maintained parking lot and especially really superb customer care from the lady (I noticed her name is JOAN)

Lots of spaces for parking, it can get busy but if you come at a good time you’ll get a spot there

Very bad shower, everything is broken, poorly cleaned, everything is dirty. I told the employee that the shower and the valve for opening the water were broken in the shower, so he was rude to me, and that I would leave.

Bad cream for the coffee had to throw it out. The store is very crowded. The people are all very nice

This is clean truck stop i saw from 1996 there washroom was like home and I like to say thanks joain lady there working she was very helpful and nice best of customer service

Went there today and was given free lunch as a trucker for been an essential worker. The staff, Joan was friendly and very helpful. Really would recommend this truck stop.

The lady was very friendly and nice. She made me a bottle of soap water to wash my hands and sold me some hand sanitizer. Very clean inside aswell. Thank you.

The person Joan was very helpful and guiding well made my coffee very well also gave a bottle of water to keep in my tractor to wash my hands

High speed fuel. Very clean. Shower on site. Access available after hrs with fuel card. Snacks. Coffee is decent.

Clean place good shower and good hotdogs good selection of supplies for a smaller store very nice people running the place.
Some trucks not fuelling here but using parking or using as switch yard or parking truck unattended here taking parking away from fuel purchasers.

Great little place. Joan is a sweet lady that runs a tight ship and a clean one too! Great parking lot too! Clean and smooth.

They close at 8pm and open at 7am. Nice lady working there and they have coffee. Very small place but at least I got a spot for the night around Toronto. That's not easy.

I go there for shower. And the lady there told me i have to wait because someone is using shower and she don’t want to clean another shower again.

It's ok, just choose wisely when you go- at night lots of truck drivers park for the night so fueling can be tricky, sometimes a couple pumps are down reducing from about 4 to 2 but the shower is almost always clean, as is the washroom. I believe they also have a washer and dryer for laundry
