I came in without an appointment on a snowy winter day.power window not operating and stuck in open position.left vehicle at dealership and driven home by personable employee who later picked me up and brought me back.vehicle ready to go.although out of warranty told no charge.big thx to advisor Sean.

I have just purchased a Corolla Hybrid from Pickering Toyota. I had the pleasure of meeting Idrees Sadozai who helped me through the transaction. side note: went to the service tech for a Bluetooth issue, no help whatsoever form the automotive mechanic, wanted me to come outside to test my phone as he said he wanted to check connection issue with the car, and he just gave me the key and left. Kind of confused as to why this had happened.

Dealt with Nick C for the recent purchase of my C-HR. He was friendly and met me in a timely manner for appointments. He was knowledgeable, outlining options available to me for warranty. He responded promptly to follow up communications I sent him and connected me to other personnel for further clarification, when needed, eg.got quotes for snow tire purchase. Encouraged me to call him if I have any issues in future. Hoping that my experience with service department at future visits will bring same level of satisfaction.

I am so impressed with the customer service standards at this location. Shout out to Paul and Jonathan, ask for these guys by name cause honestly they made my experience memorable. I chose this location when I leased my Corolla and I'm so glad that I did. They don't charge you if they don't have to and if they do (as far as my experience there) it's probably for the best. Did I mention the service is amazing. I think it's all because of the relationship the whole workforce has with eachother that really makes a difference. Good Job Pickering Toyota! My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Amirul Islam. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and very understanding. He never over promised on delivery date but did happen to deliver the vehicle prior to the expected date. Throughout the buying process he always kept in touch with us to let us know what was happening and has even given us a follow up call after we picked up the car to confirm if everything was OK.

Pickering Toyota has been a great dealership over all, they have provided the vehicle on time especially as there is a shortage of inventory now, but Toyota Pickering did not delay the delivery. My salesperson Rakeeb has been great and has been on the ball with ensuring my vehicle is delivered on time. He also tried to get the BEST DEAL possible and has certainly gone above and beyond other salespersons I have met in the past! Half the joy of owing a car from Toyota is the customer service that comes with a reliable vehicle. Just had my snow tires put on, oil change and regular service inspection. Service Agent Liz is my person. Not only was I greeted with a masked smile and helpful attitude, Liz made my stay so easy. Going over the charges and a detail of what was being done to my car but even suggesting what I should do and what I could delay. Besides the coffee and cookies the best part, LIz told me it would take about two hours and was done under that time, even with additional work that was added at the last minute. Give Liz all the money. My experience was perfect, easy and quick. Thanks Liz and thank you Pickering Toyota for running a great dealership.

We went to Pickering Toyota today at 6 PM. I am giving this one star for the Sales Associate Sheldon, since he treated us with respect. But, Sales Manager John was very rude and unprofessional. If he is not able to satisfy customer's request, then, he needs to convey that in a polite way. We would have booked the car today, if he convinced us professionally. Instead, he warned and threatened us. We were shocked and we came out speechless. Other reviews about him is very true. Unfortunately, we didn't see the reviews before going in person.

When I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle, I came across Scion IM with low mileage at pickering Toyota. That time I met the sale consultant Mr. Rakeeb Khan, He showed me that Scion IM, that was a perfect car which I was looking to buy.my Sales Consultant Rakeeb handled me very well. Such a time-wasting experience with this dealership.

I saw an ad on Autotrader for a Camry Hybrid. Called the dealership ahead of time to confirm that the car was available for viewing. After driving 30 mins through traffic to their east end location, they had me waiting for 20 mins there, only to tell me that the car was sent to a body shop for repairs (after having originally told me that the car was available for viewing). Melissa, the sales rep, told me that she would hang onto the keys and let me know asap when the car was back from the shop.

Waited 5 days with no response. I messaged Melissa to get an update, only to be told that the car was sold.

Internal communications is lacking at this dealership. Make sure you confirm 20 times that your car will be available before showing up. I ended up buying a newer Camry with lower kms for much less at Autorama.

Aisha is a top Notch sales person. Knowledgeable, friendly and more importantly not pushy. She made the whole car buying experience stress free. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a

I have purchased my vehicle through Pickering Toyota; where I dealt with Amirul Islam. My brother also bought vehicle through him. Our experience dealing with him was very professional and committed.

The vehicle I purchased was not readily available when I signed paperwork but he was able to bring the vehicle and delivered to me in two days during shortage of new vehicles (long waits).

I recommend Pickering Toyota and specifically Amirul Islam as a sales person to buy the vehicle.

From the moment I walked into dealership, Aisha took the time to create a fantastic personalized experience. I felt unsure about what questions I should ask but Aisha reassured me that any question is valid and I should ask whatever I need to ask to feel comfortable. It was a smooth process with constant support along the way. I definitely recommend Aisha and this Toyota dealership!

Very disappointed with the servicing department. After looking at a lot of positive reviews I decided to go with Pickering Toyota for my service #3 appointment. On booking the first appointment, the reception person told me that charges for service 3 would be 155$ plus taxes and on arrival advisor Ivan told me it's 175$ plus taxes and I had to again go to reception to confirm the same and later on Ivan told me that reception does not have an updated rate list with them. Ivan then agreed to charge me with only 155$ plus taxes and I was happy with that after a few mins he came to me saying there is balancing and brake pads required cleaning which will charge me 150$ extra. If I do not do that the same day I have to pay 50$ extra during my next visit. So in the end I had to pay 350$ for their unsatisfactory service. They are not able to resolve my cabin noise issue even after 2 visits to the dealership. On my first visit (9th Sept) I met service advisor Ivan and he said more time is required to diagnose the issue and I need to visit again in order to get my issue resolved. So I booked an appointment for the next day and visited them again. On reaching found that Ivan was on leave and had to deal with Advisor Ryan. He straight away said to me that he dont have any mechanic to look into my cabin noise issue and I will have to come back again. He gave me a printout for the next appointment saying I did not book any appointment today. I had to literally show him my phone message saying my appointment was booked for today at 2: 30PM for this cabin noise issue. He then showed me my car history saying that the windshield was replaced by the previous owner and that might be the reason behind the noise and he will talk with the service manager to see if the car needs to be sent to North Bay Toyota. He finally then took my car and went for a ride to diagnose the issue along with 1 mechanic and within 5 mins he came back and said that the noise is coming from car tire and I asked him to change the tires and check if thats the issue and on that note he said they don't have any spare tires with them to diagnose it.
I think being such a big brand we should not give such excuses to the customer.

Visited most of the car dealerships in Pickering and have to say toyota Pickering by far is the best, had the pleasure of working with Andrew Kelly a sales Rep. I got the car that I wanted and he walked me through the steps and carefully chosen an SUV. Thank you Andrew and keep up the good work.

I went to see Tamim Saber at the dealer today and was impressed. My father used to work at Toyota Canada and he has lot of connections at DV Toyota. But I wanted to support local Pickering dealer. I will certainly get my car from him should i decide.

Went today to Pickering Toyota for my 29,000 km oil change on my 4Runner.
Service adviser Liz Desousa mentioned that it was due for maintenance as well. This was all done within two hours.
I always get very good service at Pickering Toyota. One of the reasons that this is my 5th Toyota and I always have them serviced here.

Colin in parts is great, I had tried calling 4 other dealers to get a price for plugs for a Tundra and they either didn’t answer the phone or put me on hold for ages.
Called Pickering, Colin answered right away and gave me the info and stock level. In person when I went to collect he was great too, I ended up buying a load of other service parts to keep in stock at home.
This will be my go to store now even though it’s further from home than others.

I bought a 2021 Highlander Truck. Tamim is so nice and professional in dealing with clients and very knowledgeable about products. Nice and helpful.

John Sadiq is another good guy with high level of managerial skill and so professional and flexible.

Angelo one of the management staff lack professional ethics and don't understand what customer service entails (customer service representatives are responsible for addressing the needs of clients and ensuring they have the best experience with the company and its products or services).

Visited dealership and dealt with very experienced salesperson Mr Tamim. Very knowlageable and professional person.

Had to get my brakes redone, and Judy Sanders had helped me make sure I understood all the costs involved and was patient when I asked her multiple questions. She also was very polite and a pleasant person to deal with. Thank you for helping me in my unfortunate situation.

I discovered significant squirrel damage under the hood of my car and called Toyota to see if someone could have a quick look. I was particularly worried about damage to the engine harness. Despite being booked up, Tonya managed to get me in a couple of hours later. She and the mechanic were so helpful, transparent about repairs, and got me in immediately to take care of part of the more serious damage. Went back a couple of days later for the remainder of repairs. Fast, efficient and friendly.

Today I had an awesome service on my Camry. Oil change, seasonal tire change over and car wash in just a little over half an hour. Thanks to the speedy service team!
