The receptionist Sameen was very pleasant and courteous. The hygienist Mary was very pleasant, polite and gentle. Extremely friendly yet professional and puts you at ease. She suggested x-rays and procedures but she did not force me into doing X-ray or other procedures. I would recommend Mary anytime. The dental facility was very clean.

Took my elderly mom for the first time at Pickfair Dental. The staff is very friendly and Dr Babic was amazing. She took the time to explain the options for my mom and made her own recommendations. A friend told me about Pickfair Dental and they were able to take care of the problem the following week. I found them very professional, caring and polite.

Pickfair Dental made me feel so comfortable the moment I walked in. Everything was explained to me in detail, from treatment needed to costs involved. I've been wanting to do some cosmetic work for a few years now and I feel I have finally found a dental office where I can take that next step. I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist again!

Beware. Listen guys implants are a fortune. This place wants the money up front but if you look around in Durham region you can pay for them monthly as these people we're going to take the last 50,000 I had. If you're a smoker don't go here as she made me quit for 6 months and then when I went back she told me to get lost. This is an office full of estrogen. Dr spaghetti told me that smoking cigarettes was harmful and detrimental but smoking weed was okay to her and that is not correct and I could have ruined my new implants. I did not get my implants done here as I got them on a monthly payment plan. Dr spaghetti is not the only implant doctor in Durham region so look around and be selective. At first this office seems nice but they're not. Just don't jump into anything and be open-minded to look around if money is tight for you. I'm so happy with my new implants and they were so much cheaper than this office and I get to pay for it monthly so I'm not struggling. Plus I'm happier with my new dentist. I guess when one door closes a new one opens.

Highly recommend this clinic. The dental team is outstanding! Dr. Sadeghi was very kind and knowledgeable. I had an implant placed a couple of weeks ago, prices were reasonable. I really appreciated the care call that they did following the procedure. Very impressed!

My journey began over a year ago and as I was terrified of dentists I had not been to one in many, many years. I had decided that I had to do something with my teeth I was embarrassed. I had appointments with a few but just wasn’t comfortable until I met Dr. Sadeghi. From our first consult she made me feel comfortable and that she cared. From the reception staff to the assistant’s and other dentists that work with her they took me on and I wasn’t an easy patient I was so scared. The tremendous amount of work that went into giving me the beautiful smile I am so proud of today is all because of those people. They all go out of their way with kindness, compassion and caring. The whole team and especially Dr. Sadeghi are just overall wonderful and now that my journey is complete as of today, my husband will start his in a few weeks and definitely will only be done by the best in the business Dr. Sadeghi and her team! Thank you all so very much again for everything you have given me and especially not to fear the dentist anymore. When you are a patient here, you are part of the little office family they have created and to me that is something I will never forget

Alysa, Dr Babic and Kelly and the entire team are ICONS. They continuously put the patient first and are ever accommodating to those nervous about the dentist. 10/10 suggest not going anywhere else. Huge shoutout to Alysa for working on my behalf with the team to get things sorted. Special thanks to Dr Babic for getting me in asap to treat my pain. Superb experience. I’m excited for my root canal with them. I know, insane right? They are that good.

Before our first visit, when my parent-in-laws referred us, they called us right away. It was so easy to fill-up the form without having to do it on our first visit instead they will send you an electronic link through text and will redirect you to the form. Next the booking was flexible. On our very first visit the front desk staff welcomed us whole heartedly. Mary, our dental hygienist is very thorough with the full examination. She explains to you why and how will things be done. Dr. Sadeghi was able to assess my issues and gave me referrals to whom I can address my concerns. The office is very kid friendly, they took care of my little girl while waiting for us to be done.

Recently had my 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Rashti this past Saturday, and it couldn’t have gone better. Staff were friendly and comforting.
I have had the easiest recovery process and not needed to take any narcotics. I really feel that my lack of pain can be attributed to the team’s precision and care. Would recommend!

I LOOOOOOOVE the Pickfair Family after just ONE visit. From the moment I stepped into the office I felt a homely friendly vibe. Amazing receptionists who were so welcoming and caring. My hygienist came for me as soon as I got there, can I say Alysa is the BESSSSSSSSSSSST hygienist I've met - personality, knowledge, patience and super good at what she does. I learnt so much from that one visit. She also gave great tips which I appreciate. I also loved that the debrief with the dentist was thorough and didnt feel rushed which I greatly appreciated. These guys are absolute profesionals. Dr. Sadeghi and Dental Hygienist Mary provide treatment options that best cater to myself and my family's needs. Other dentists and clinics that we have gone to are able to provide thorough cleaning but were not able to see or address ongoing and potential dental issues. In the first day of seeing Dr. Sadeghi, she pointed out ongoing dental issues and gave us options on how to proceed with these issues without coercion towards any one treatment. Also, have to mention that the clerical staff is awesome.they babysat my 4yr old when my wife and I are being seen.these guys are great!

Worst experiences every time. Time to change ASAP. Still in excruciating pain from fillings done over 3 weeks ago. Can’t sleep from this pain. Always issues each visit. Dentists say one thing, people at the front say something different. We’re done with this place.

I was a little afraid going to the dentist, but after my first appointment with Mary she did such a good job that I was so comfortable with my second appointment, she was so friendly, and she kept asking me if I was okay. Dr. Babic is amazing and her energy is contagious! We moved here in Ajax and looked for reliable dentist. Lo and behold we got a flyer from two Dental clinics and when I saw that Dr. Sadeghi did dental mission and I know this is it, that’s where we should go. My son love the service, he is not a fan of dentist so he really takes care of his teeth and I’m glad we only go there for his cleaning but not me so much works to be done and I truly appreciate all the nice people in this clinic. Good job and stay healthy!

I have been a client for many years and am very pleased with the friendliness of staff, knowledge of staff and all dentists. They love what they do and it shows. Dr. Sadeghi is polite, can crack a joke, and a very good dentist who takes time to explain why she is doing what she is doing. Dr. Babic is the same! They always greet you with a smile and are quick to tell you they never want to see their patients in pain. I have never been fond of going to the dentist but to my surprise Pickfair Family Dental is the one place I don't mind stopping by just to say hello! Highly recommend them and their team.

Had an appointment with Dr. Sadeghi on Monday as one of my molars was badly decayed and needed a crown. I’ve always been afraid of the injection that’s given to freeze the area. This time I didn’t feel anything. Dr. Sadeghi did an amazing job. Everything was done the same day. The whole procedure was painless. No discomfort at all, even after the freezing had subsided. Thanks to Dr. Sadeghi my fear of seeing the dentist is gone!

I WAS a patient at this office for about 10 years and loved it, until recently. The previous dentist (Dr. Barnes) passed away and now 3 new dentists have taken over the practice and all the staff (front and back) are new. I went in August for a cleaning and a dental wellness check with all the x-rays and full mouth exam and the dentist suggested Invisalign, veneers, a crown lengthening procedure and said I had 6 cavities. My previous cleaning was in January and there were no issues with my teeth at that time! I've since consulted with a different dental practice and had a full visual exam by a dentist (my dental records had been sent to the new practice) and from the visual exam and referring to my recent x-rays I was advised that my mouth was in great shape and I had no cavities. Rather than a crown lengthening procedure, he suggested taking out a piece of a previous filling on a tooth and replacing it as a larger filling to stop food from wedging between two molars and getting trapped in a pocket in my gum area between my molars. This was painless 30 minute appointment.

I am so happy I am no longer a patient at Pickfair Dental!

Pickfair Family Dental is my favorite and number: 1 choice for dental office. I recommend it to all my friends, family and to everyone hands-down. I had quite a bit of work done lately. Dr. Babic did a wonderful job for all my tooth fillings, and she always make sure that I was comfortable through out the filling procedure. Mary is skilled and knowledgeable hygienist. I felt like all my teeth really got a good thorough cleaning. I was very pleased. Dr. Sadeghi did the most amazing and a smooth wisdom tooth extraction I could possibly ever had. The reception as usual very professional and always made my visit very comfortable. Nilo is exceptionally amazing, very helpful and patient in listening to all the concerns.
