Bought a guitar, did not like it, and tried to refund it the next week. No cash refund due to their store credit only policy. This policy is not mentioned anywhere on their website. The sign with "store credit only" was not there when I was buying the guitar.
New buyers, please please be aware of their store credit only policy. If you are just wanting to see if you would be the right fit for guitar playing, this store is a no-go.
That being said, it was not a huge problem for me, and the guitar was in good condition and the price was fair. Just be aware that they will not issue a cash refund under any circumstances.

This store is great. I went in to buy my first ukulele, and the person working was so helpful. He showed me how to tune it, how to hold it, and even how to strum it. I definitely recommend this store.

These guys helped me out of a huge bind, I was in serious need of a mic and amp for a trivia night, I called and they sorted out a great combo super fast for me. Very nice staff, Great value great service. Store is super cool and has great gear
