Bought my Zero turn mower here and couldn’t be happier.
There was no pressure from the sales person and he took the time to show me how a zero turn works since I’ve never used even a tractor style mower before.
Delivery was next day and the person that delivered also took the time to teach me how to drive it and made sure I was comfortable. He even had me drive it with him instructing me. It was like getting a luxury car delivery experience.

Incredibly friendly service and lots of tools and equipment available for every project. Very happy there is such a dedicated shop in this area.

I've used this service for a few years and have gotten to know how they work.

My mowers were older machines, and, as with old machines, they actually can (and did) break down the day after they have been fixed. At first it was upsetting, because it isn't cheap to service these machines. But, old machines can really drain resources. We're now using smaller, electric mowers that take much longer.

I have found Pic's staff to be honest in their feedback and recommendations. They work very quickly. They pick up and deliver on time. I highly recommend them. If we change back to the bigger machines, we will continue to use Pic's to maintain and service them.

They picked and dropped off my snowblower, performed the repair at a very reasonable cost and in a very impressive timeframe. But that's not what turned my crank, pardon the pun:) When an installed part displayed a factory defect two months later, my snowblower was picked up, repaired and back in my garage in 24 hours. I appreciate the level of service.

I get their advice on equipment and feel very strongly about their integrity.

The whole experience was top rate as the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They picked up and returned our snowblower as promised, and on time. It runs like new again.

I just wanted a v belt for my snow blower. I called Pic's and they wanted $50 + tax. I thought that was a bit extreme. I looked on AMAZON and the belt I needed was $22 all in. Why over double the price? That tells me you are gouging your customers. Years back I used your company to do a repair I thought you replaced both belts it turns out it was only one. It cost over $200 back then, I didn't know what I know now, they are opportunists. When you are in need they will cash in on you.

Looking for a chainsaw went to Pic's gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable for picking out the right chainsaw for a homeowner Stihl MS 250 18 inch blade very happy with the results so far great place
