Very poor customer service and unreasonable pricing practices. Plenty of other places do safe and effective piercings with people who appreciate their customers and provide a more transparent and enjoyable experience.

DONT go here person that changed my jewelry was extremely rude and sassy. Also paid $100 for a nose piercing which is crazy compared to other places costumer service is bad and they rush you. (Specifically the white guy with tats and piercings) all over. Never coming back

I got my jet strum done by Jack and im very happy with it. It was quick and they made the procedure very comfortable. They were upfront about the cost from the beginning so im confused by the negative reviews.

It’s been an amazing experience of piercing on this place as the person is very kind and experienced. My friend got his ear pearced from here. I do recommend because of professionalism.

I had a fantastic experience here! I did not make an appointment, I was just a walk in, but they were able to help me immediately. The staff was incredibly friendly! I needed my helix posted lengthened as it was continually swelling up, and my piercer (who I normally go to but couldn't because I am currently away from home) recommended this place. Jack was so wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a piercing or anyone who has concerns about their current piercings. The service (or lack thereof) was so rude and unprofessional. Traveled to come here, didnt receive what i came for, and won't be back.

Amazing service, wonderful quality! I went in to fix a piercing that was causing me so much pain for over 6 years. The wonderful staff Jack and person at reception were so kind and patient and explained the process and helped change my piercing! 10/10 would recommend!

This was my third nose piercing but first piercing with jack at pierced and i couldn’t have had a better experience! Talked me through the whole process and aftercare and even took the time to take out a piercing of mine that never properly healed. Thank you for being so lovely:)

Absolutely enjoyed my experience here! Aryana and Courtney are amazing. Aryana helped assist me with the jewelry that I needed for my piercing and showed me all the different options at different price costs. Courtney is an absolute professional and fantastic at her job. She has done all my piercings except for my two lobes. So that would be 6 piercings in total and they all look fantastic. I always get compliments on them and their placement. So if you’re looking to get something done, I highly recommend you make an appointment.

I got my tragus pierced by Jack. They did absolutely amazing! They helped me choose the best jewelry, and explained the process thoroughly, which I really liked. The wait time was a bit irritating but overall Jack did amazing considering they were working alone during the time I visited. Keep up your amazing work Jack:)

I got my nose pierced here and had a great experience! My piercer was Jack and they were very kind and patient! They walked me through the entire process and after care process, and took the time to answer any questions that I had. Definitely will be coming here again to get more piercings!

This place way too overpriced. They charge per jewelry, which is so stupid. I paid $100+ for just studs no piercings…they are unprofessional and rude. DO NOT GO HERE! I checked with other stores about the same thing I bought from them and other stores offer the same jewelry for a quarter of the price. This place is more expensive than it’s website prices too…

This place was awesome! Alex was super informative and really made me feel taken care of when it came to my piercing and it’s aftercare highly highly recommend!

I went to Pierced a few days ago with my daughter and had a wonderful experience! Alex was so well-informed and knowledgeable; he performed everything so well. We will only be coming back to Pierced for future piercings!

Not a great experience. I got to move my appointment for another week, however as per store there is no cancellation policy. So basically if you book an appointment and wanted to change your mind, there is no refund policy, even before 48 hrs!

I would really recommend this location for getting piercing done.

Really unprofessional, told them I wanted two piercings before confirming anything and they said they’d fit me in since another customer didn’t show up. After I filled out the form and confirmed the jewelry I wanted. They told me they didn’t have time for both when I specifically said from the start that I wanted 2 piercings. Didn’t have any other availability and told me they couldn’t do what I had asked and they confirmed from the start. What a waste of time. Completely unprofessional. Barely had any pieces available

I had such a wonderful experience here. Everyone here was so kind, knowledgeable and so professional. I got my Helix done by Alex, & he did such an amazing job! He walked through the process step by step, & took his time to make the placement perfect. I am beyond happy with the final result.
I will come here again for my future piercings. Worth the money for sure!

To start off I was extremely nervous, but I barely felt any pain at all. Alex was extremely professional and gentle, I was flabbergasted, astonished, mystified at how pleasant the experience was. He even gave a me a cute stuffie is to hold on to. 10/10 would go again!

I went about a month ago to get my nose pierced however maddy (who was so awesome!) noticed it was previously pierced (which it was in the past) and that it healed over. She just poked it with a pin and it worked! No re do needed Offered to use my deposit for the jewelry instead of the piercing.

Ryan who works at the front is amazing! I haven't had any piercings in a while and am super nervous, and he explained everything that happens during the piercing and calmed a lot of me nerves. Will definitely be booking in soon

This was my first time coming here, and it was an amazing experience compared to other piercing studios I have been to. The associate at the front was so kind and welcoming. The piercer, Vee, was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing - along with giving me great aftercare advice! She was very comforting and reassuring, she's the best! I will totally back here for more future piercings:)

Although the piercer was an absolute dream to work with, I can’t justify the price I had to pay for everything. So many fees that add up WAY more than expected. Really disappointed that they’re not transparent with how the payments work and wait until you’re done to give you the final total of all the jewelry + piercings. Just put it on the display and explain the breakdown of costs! Will not be coming back, there are cheaper places that give stellar customer service and work that I’d rather support.

Been here twice, got helped by two different piercing artists - both times 10/10 experience. A bit on the pricier side, but worth it for the comfort, professionalism and cleanliness.

I had a double eyebrow piercing done by Alex and I’m super happy with the results! He took his time and made sure they were perfectly even and the piercing process was as fast and as painless as possible. I’ll be sure to return for more piercings and jewelry changes!

I went with my friend to get her seconds done and the workers were half an hour late to her appointment (there was no one else there) very unprofessional. The consultation was short and the overall price of two lobe piercing and jewelry (which is an extra cost) was 150 dollars. In all honesty it was completely over priced and not worth it at all.

Got a double ear piercing on my right eat yesterday. Very professional and clean service. Vee and Ryan were both extremely helpful and because of that I walked away with a piercing I love.

Professional, promt, catered to everything right down to the music being played. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get pierced, thank you Vee!

Had several amazing experiences here! I’ve had a few piercings done by Vee and leave so happy each time. She is professional and knowledgeable, like all the other staff I encountered. The jewellery selection changes each time but is really nice. I think I’m addicted to Pierced.

AVOID THIS PLACE - one star is GENEROUS. I have my earlobes pierced and went for a second earlobe piercing with a friend. This is super common and basic - you would think. For reference I am in my late 20s in a professional career, but have also worked in retail when I was younger.

Firstly, the place is very small and unwelcoming; it seems like a “pop up shop” in the mall. No one welcomed us or said hello, even though we were the only two people there. The staff continued having a very personal conversation aloud about a variety of medical issues which was very awkward. Even though I had a strange vibe, I’m not experienced with piercing places, so I just went ahead.

The piercer did not introduce herself and was super rushed. She quickly marked my ears and was really annoyed when I asked her to change the placement because they were uneven. After this, she pierced and they are in different locations at different angles through my ear. When I approached the sales staff about this, they said there was nothing that could be done and there was no way to reach a manager to escalate the issue - all they could do was take my info and “pass it along”. No refund at all ($250 later.). No apology. Unsurprisingly, 3 days later, I still have heard nothing from the “manager”.

Other issues - they wear gloves to handle the jewelry but also touch everything else with the gloves on.and I observed that they treated every customer with the same rude attitude.

Save yourself the trouble and AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT - it is a huge waste of money and time. I doubt they will be in business much longer!

The staff were okay, not as welcoming as most but one lady in particular was extremely rude and mean. She was very snobby and incredibly unprofessional. This is not the correct way to run a business and I hope this behaviour is corrected. I highly suggest another piercing studio as they made me feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable.

My friend and I got pierced by Fae yesterday.what an amazing and professional piercer! Explained everything in detail, and made us feel so comfortable. I got my septum, and I kid you not I did not feel a thing.such a gentle hand! Excellent service and also excellent quality jewelry.they are a slightly more expensive piercing place, but well worth it in my opinion.highly recommend this place for all your piercing needs:)
the receptionist was also extremely welcoming, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable which my friend and I also both appreciated!

I had the absolute pleasure of having my daith pierced by Gina yesterday. This is my 8th piercing, so I've to expect a certain caliber in terms of cleanliness, professionalism, and knowledgeability. What I didn't expect was Gina to be a disarmingly funny, charming Brit whose welcoming banter put any nerves at ease. She's an absolute gem who is incredibly gifted at what she does - she was swift, deft, and has an artist's eye for ear curation. Hands down the most positive piercing experience I've had, start to finish.

I was impressed as it was a very clean and sterile environment.gina made the experience super comfortable and really fun! Definitely found my new go to place for new piercings!

Avoid if possible. Was told to get a piercing I had to " get through" her assistant before I could see " the piercer" (no name mentioned). The language and manners of the assistant while disagreeing with me on jewellery size was enough to put me off and was clear this is not a place I want anyone sticking needles in my body. Bad bad energy here. The piercer did not come to talk, greet me or anything even though she was not busy until I was already putting my bag on to leave and declared she was kicking me out. Honey, I was already leaving. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. This would have been my 8th piercing and never have I had such a weird experience. I guess the system at pierced is to follow her orders, shut up and pay the money.
I just a walk in and was possible to get 3 genital piercing on the spot. Her schedule for the day was wide open. What a surprise.

Absolutely AMAZING experience! Gina is the best! I got my forward helix done at extremities and Gina had to remove it for me because the piercer did not do it properly and it was rejecting. I was so sad to remove it but Gina assured me that once it healed she would re-pierce my forward helix. I went back and had it done again and I am so happy! It looks beautiful:) I will never go to another piercer again. She follows proper sanitation to ensure that it is safe for everyone. The place is very clean! I recommend her to everyone/anyone who is looking for a piercer to do things properly.

Gina was amazing! She was so friendly, welcoming, professional and experienced. She clearly knew what she was doing and was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding any questions I asked. The piercing was quick, with minimal pain. She also provided me with her business card, which she designed and pays for herself without compensation from Pierced. I suggest Pierced implement and pay for this business card for all the piercers. After your piercing, Gina gives you a personalized business card that contains all information about your piercing and jewelry that will be required when you decide to change the jewelry. This location provided exceptional service, and the jewelry options are both beautiful and quality. I will definitely be going to this location for more piercings in the future.

Had such a wonderful experience with Gina. She was warm, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable about my first piercing. I got my nose pierced and even though I was extremely nervous, both Gina and the lovely lady working the front desk made me feel calmer and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone in the future, especially for a first time like me. Plus their jewelry is unique and gorgeous.
