Have been a local delivery customer for years. Really good pizza.
The moment an order was wrong, they told me I was wrong. Then said what I ordered was underneath the other toppings, so still wrong (we're talking about feta cheese here so, c'mon.incorrect.) Then said 2 free toppings next time. Then said my idea of customer service was from the 1800s.
It's a PIZZA. Could have just sent me a pizza that was what I ordered and paid for.

Exactly as expected. Right amount of toppings, not too skimpy on the cheese and the crust was good. Wings were pretty solid too!

Called because my pizza that I had pre ordered 3 hours prior, was over half an hour late and “Donna” was extremely rude to me and assumed it as my fault the pizza was late.
I have ordered from them 20 times or more and at this point I love their pizza but refuse to be treated poorly by their staff. Good pizza, awful people.

No soliciting sign on door doesn't stop them from making a mess in the building with their 1980s way to promote their pizza.grow up owner and use social media quite being so cheap

A superb pizzeria with excellent slices, sold with combos of excellent value. The relatively close proximity to Hyland Cinema is another plus for something do with both businesses in mind.

The business has moved next door in that plaza to a bigger location with apparently a more consistent take-out supply and eating space available. As it, the increased sitting space is appreciated to be able to eat in. The fact that their pizza slice combo is the among the cheapest in the city is a special plus.

Hands down the best pizza in town. Their pizza, and all of their other menu items, are consistently delicious. Do yourself a favour, and order from here!

I wish I had something nice to say about this pizza place but I do not. I ordered my food through doordash a few days ago. I received my food after almost three hours and multiple phone calls to the restaurant. However once I received the food it wasn't even warm, it was absolutely freezing. The cheese had hardened so much on the pizza it was disgusting to eat. Each time I called the restaurant I was yelled at and hung up on. They lied to me multiple times and told me my food would be at my house in 2 minutes, which after 30 minutes I called back only to be told the exact same thing. I called three times and this happened each time. I ordered my food at 11am and didn't receive it until almost 2am when they close. They even changed and marked my entire order as completed an hour before I even got my food. When I called to complain they continuously yelled at me. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from here, seeing how so many have the same issue. Very sad.

It seems to have gone downhill a bit in the last year. The last two mediums I got were small enough to be small pizzas. It is good now compared to being great before.

Pizza is delicious and great value! Just need consistency with staff. Service varies with what employee serves you. One man warmed up my slices and was very kind and explained the toppings. The man today made me repeat myself twice and wasn't listening to me at all. Over all this place is a gem and I will come back!

I ordered a pizza and I waited 50 mins and I called and the man who answered the phone was Rude to me at the pizza store on the phone and he hung up on me.my order finally came and the driver said I forgot ur pop in the car.so he came back up and said to me I forgot your pop at the store.so I just gave him the pizza back to him. I do not encourage ppl to order there again and I said the driver iam also a business owner as well.

Last t2-3 times I’ve ordered from here I’ve used UberEats food took longer then app said, they deliver themselves and DO NOT update the app.wong sauce was wrong, food was cold and when i called the restaurant about my order a lady answers was COMPLETELY IGNORANT! Terrible customer service!

Edit: called and the guy was very apologetic, and the pizza is good, so 3 stars

3+ hours to get a single pizza.

Pizza was great (only reason for the stars)
But how they handled their pick up was not.
Told 40 mins till order would be ready. Showed up to pick order afew minutes before said time.
Then had to wait out front of the store
20+ minutes to get the wait buzzer
20+ more minutes before we got our food
If running that far behind should let your costumers know
Huge line up at door while take out orders were flying out. Social distancing not being followed in or out of the store.

Thought you guys were ok. 45 minutes late and a rude Karen on the phone. Replace her or divorce her. Unacceptable customer service.

They raise prices for select customers. I am very polite and usually order the slice+can of pop for 4.50. I bring a five and tip the remaining 0.50. I had precisely 4.50 one day and no tip so they raised the price to 5.00. I stopped going there for a couple years and just decided to start using them again a few months ago. Same thing happened.was charged 4.50 for awhile and since i couldn't tip the last time it's back up to 5

Owner is severely entitled! Hangs up the phone on complaints and blames his customers (x-customer) for his mistakes! No way to run a business! Unless he’s trying to run it into the ground!

Crazy staff, I have told them before ordering that I need a thin crust pizza and I have got hand tossed, and called them back they told me that next time when you will order just ask us to for Super 50 Pizza. I have tried next time, I have asked them for Super 50 Pizza and again they sent hand tossed. It’s crazy and when I have called them, they don’t care about it. This is what they have. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Amazing food.i hope the revent covid outbreak didnt affect their business.slices are varied and delicious for a cheap lunch. There is a long lone sometimes though

These guys have the best pizza in town. I'm a contractor and all us guys we always joke we call it the contractor special two slices and a pop for an amazing deal I don't think anybody can beat their prices on the slice combo deal it's always fresh it's always good the service is great what else do you want

We ordered again thinking delivery service would have gotten better over the years but nope. Mind you the pizza and wings are amazing but not the service phone or delivery.to wait almost 2.5 hrs for are food then the driver has the nerve to ask for a tip after all that.i called back a few times asking where my order was and she says are new driver must have gotten lost but nope same driver.last time we order there

Great value and excellent quality pizzas, made fresh, hand stretched dough, lots of topping choices. You know it's popular of they use boxes specifically for 2 pizzas.

Normally most companies can only achieve good and cheap, or cheap and fast, or good and fast. Pierros has solved the previously unsolvable service triangle. They are always good, cheap and fast. Great job team at pieros!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered at 5.43, called the restaurant at 6.55 to find out where our food was. I was told it’s out for delivery. Called again at 7.43 to be to it just went out for delivery. Spoke to an extremely rude lady who offered no explanation for the delay and why were we told it was out for delivery when it wasn’t. No apologies from her and when we questioned her about it she offered a free salad. The food is good but not worth that wait or the incredibly awful customer service. Piero’s would do well to remember that they need customers to stay open. Judging by the reviews here and Facebook people are looking elsewhere for pizzas. I can accept my order being delayed but for over 2 hours is unacceptable and then to be rude to the customer when I call about it. I will support some other local pizza company who will value me as a customer.
Awful rude staff, ok food but definitely not worth the staff attitude.

My partner and I had ordered the "2 can dine" deal with one of the pizza having shrimp as a topping. When we brought the pizza home I realized that there was chicken instead of shrimp. My partner called the restaurant and the individual who answered stated that they didn't have shrimp and replaced it with chicken. My partner replied that he should of informed us of this and that I could not eat the pizza as I do not eat chicken. He rudely responded, "What do you want me to do? There was no more shrimp so I gave you chicken! " and just hung up.

To the individual on the phone: you could of called us before preparing the pizza. When we ordered online we provided our number. Second, please do not speak rudely to others. I understand that you may be under a lot of stress but that does not give you an excuse to be disrespectful. This not only reflects poorly on yourself but the establishment as well.

I cannot in good faith recommend this restaurant, nor will I be giving them my business in the future. There are many other pizza restaurants to choose from in London.

Ordering a gluten free pizza should not be so difficult. I ended up not placing the order because of the poor customer service. The same thing happened last year when I called.

Great pizza, best price. Two slices and a pop for $4.50 including tax! Can’t beat it. With a good selection of slices. Very popular so the slices are always fresh.

Called last night to order over the phone for delivery for a few people. Whoever I spoke with was extremely rude and rushed me on the phone to place my order. I could not understand what he was saying therefore I told him I was going to just order off the website instead which I thought was no problem. Anyway the guy said "so you want me to cancel the order? " And I said I'm going to order off your website and the guy literally hung up on me. I will NEVER order from here and will be sure to tell others as well the next time they are looking to order from a pizza joint. Apparently this is common with this place. Should've known. You've lost my business. It's too bad you can't give 0 stars.

1 Pizza came after 1: 15 hours, ordered with mushrooms and beef salami came with fatty smelling meat cubes (not salami) and without mushrooms. If if I could give 0 stars I would. Some people should never run a restaurant!

Pizza is usually good but has been burnt before. Caesar Salad has no bacon bits and you have to pick out the rotten leaves. But very friendly and helpful staff.

Edit: tried to give them another chance today but they screwed up my pizza order and so had to wait for awhile for the pizza to be remade, only to realize when I got home that they didn't make it right again! The first pizza that was incorrect had jalapenos on it (which I did not order) and was missing 2 toppings.and when I got home I realized not only did they mess up the toppings again but they just picked off the jalapenos and put it through the oven again. The whole pizza tasted like jalepenos. It was also missing pepperoni. When I called them to tell them they made a mistake, they told me that next order I could get 2extra toppings. That's totally laughable. Terrible customer service. Also, pizza maker guy had meal on but under his nose. Didn't this shop just have an outbreak?

Pizza and wings were delicious. Although they forgot the salad upon delivery and were supposed to bring it back but never did! Delivery took a long time as well since they were busy but Other than that the food was delicious.

We were told good place for pizza we are from out of town we were very dissapointed there were barely any toopings will not go back or recommend to anyone

Super pizza, super ppl seriously these guys rock and I just seen they updated their menu, boss. I came in close to a week after my last they overcharged me by a buck then took it off my next pizza I was wondering why it was a buck more maybe an extra topping by accident whatever, not the case. But that honesty though.

One of the best pizza places that I've found in London. Fast service and flavorful ingredients. Just be wary of lunch time hours. They tend to be quite busy around noon.

Student harvest special is the best deal in London.

Need to change your dipping sauce though. It is not good. Tastes like wet napkins.

Ordered pizza with cheesy bread for 8pm. They delivered it one hour early with no cheesy bread. Called them and they asked whether or not I wanted the credit or my bread and I said my bread. Waited over an hour with no delivery. Called them again and the guy said it would be 30 minutes, which I then explained I've waited over an hour already. So the guys said he would give us 2 cheesy breads on top of the order the next time we order. Waited another 1hr with no delivery, which we then phoned back and the guy over the phone just got frustrated and gave us attitude. Horrible service.

Please shut this location down. It has directly contributed to at least 15 pounds extra on my scale when I weigh myself. THE BEST pizza in London, hands down. The slices are always excellent. The staff works hard and is always polite.

I've tried quite a few pizza places in London and this is by far the best one for the value. Great crust, fresh toppings and always cooked to perfection. I always get the combo with two smalls, a garlic loaf and two cans on pop only costs about $20 for a lot of good food!

I dont know how real the other reviews are.but it was the worst pizza i ever had. So dry and tasteless

I'm a regular customer and I showed up there at 12: 15 when they close at 1but they turned me down and told me that they were closing.
I hope u go bankrupt very soon

Used to order all the time cause they were great. Ordered tonight 1 pizza and was told 50 minutes. 1.5 hours later no pizza. Tried to call but the phone didn't work so i drove down to find my pizza. They had no idea so there were going to make me one but not right away, looks like i was placed in order with the other order. 5 minutes later i get a call from the delivery guy who is now at my apartment. I drove back to my place. They wouldn't offer my any discount and i would have to speak to a manager. While i was in the shop another customer came in to complain about their pizza.

I'm a new resident to London and have to say, Piero's pizza was one of the best pizzas I have had in ages! Highly recommend!

Ordered wings with no sauce and they came covered in sauce. Pick up order too! Called back once home and was hung up on. Rude and didn't care. Many other good pizza places in town.

Keep going back because the pizza it's delicious not because of the great service, if you ordered online they probably forgot about your order.

Order for just wings, and asked no sauce.came with sauce.wouldn't make a fuss.but pregnant girlfriend didn't want sauce.so called them and explain and wanted me to pay for them again to come out here for their mistake.i told them i would just go for 1 pound no sauce sent so they are not wasting that many wings.no way i can eat over 50 wings.then they ask me pick out the amount of wings i would like sent back with delivery cost they will send back the amount i picked out.worst service ever, no other options to settle it.just get hung up on.

The wings are good, although may need to be reheated a bit once you get them home. But the pizza is mostly just bread with a miserly topping of ingredients, pretty disappointing.

My favourite spot for an expensive large amount of personalized pizza slices to go. $4.99 for two large pieces and a pop can't be beat.

We have been to Piero's pizza twice now and were not disappointed. The pizza is amazing tasting and always hot when we pick it up. Its never greasy and toppings are always fresh and tangy. We have not yet ordered for delivery, but it appears from other comments that there delivery service needs improvement. Even as I was standing in the shop the delivery driver ran into me and hit me with his pizza delivery bag. Please do not judge the whole restaurant based on one bad aspect of there business.

I had specified delivery instructions, which was to call me upon arrival. I waved at the driver that I am coming down and once I came downstairs the driver had left for his next delivery. Called the store and spoke to the manager to express my concern and no one was concerned, no apology, no one cared. The worst customer service I have experienced with sub-par quality. Will never order from here again. Would not recommend this pizza place to anyone.

The pizza is great. We got the pick up special. The XL Pizza with three toppings and 3 cans of pop. The pizza was hot and delicious. The garlic dip was thick and creamy. This place is busy for a reason!

Most pizza places I find to be from low-to-medium quality. Piero's is legitimately very good pizza. Good pricing, too.

Great food. Have had some poor experiences with wrong toppings, missing items from my pizza or order. Love the size of the salads. Employees are friendly and have gotten to know me and my husband and often chat if it isn't too busy.

Occassionally in the past I have had issues with them attempting to charge me more than what was quoted Online when I placed my order for pick up OR short changing me. I have not had any issues with the money recently so I am unsure if it may have been an employee? Overall good experience and I still return for the food.

Great pizza.worst service in the city. Order a pizza 45 mins before you say you will be there to pick it up. 25 mins after you show up the pizza is ready but made wrong. Their solution.take it back and make you wait another 25 mins. On top, try and say they didn’t hear the order. No apology, no keep that one and we will make another. It’s a shame they are too busy to actually care about their customers.

The only reason I order from them is they are open late. I only get panzaroti as the pizza has 3 inches of crust on the end therefore less cheese and toppings. The panzaroti has alot of dough too but more tolerable. They also never ever give me the amount of sauce I ask for which is really annoying as by default you don't get alot. The toppings seem cheep and give me heartburn. The owner is also rude as others have noted and I can't figure out why anyone would order from here if it wasn't late and other joints are open. Want good food try Byron Pizza or Italian House.
