Working with Pierre was honestly the best decision my sister & I made when finding a new home to rent. The whole process was very new as we’re first-time tenants, and it could’ve easily been so stressful if it wasn’t for him. With only one month in time, he helped us secure our favourite rental property, which included all the features we were looking for! He also sold our home in just a little over a week. Pierre went above and beyond to capture the best photos of our home & even created the most unique video to go along with it. 4 years ago I contacted Pierre (see previous review at the bottom of the review), the experience was 5 stars. Fast forward to August this year and his experience was even better. I needed to purchase a new home and sell my current home (Previously I just purchased).

Trying to purchase and sell is a stressful time, Pierre understand this and as a result you see this reflected in Pierre's attention to all the details that go into finding the right home for purchase and selling in a timely manner.

Pierre's team is truly a reflection of what he represents in the real estate industry. Additionally, his use of technology is as good as it gets.

As a repeat client of Pierre's I can tell you with 100% certainty that once you have dealt with Pierre once, you wont need another realtor again.

It's often said you know a great person by the quality of their work. Pierre was an outstanding Realtor. He offered exceptional service and gave us an amazing house that me and my wife now calls a home.

Pierre made the experience of buying our first home as simple and stress-free as possible. Helped me move from Winnipeg to Ottawa with a 2 weeks notice (in this crazy Ottawa rental market!) from viewing the rental suites, driving to the places, giving sound feedback and tailoring them to what my likes and dislikes are. Very helpful, extremely prompt and organized, I was very relieved to find a place to rent in such a short notice! He dealt with the landlord and their agent. During my move from Europe to Ottawa, I had only a few days to find accommodation here. Although I had no Canadian history or Canadian bank account and I was looking for the house during Christmas time,
Pierre was able to manage everything. He not only arranged all the documents, materials and the appointments, but he was also open to help with many other transition topics and was always willing to find alternative ways how to solve any issue.
