Not worth your time working for this company. Utter poor management and communication. I worked there for like close to three months for minimum pay and was already done with that place.

I am working with Pillar security from last 3 years. I have very good experience with this company. Scheduling, Operation and HR staff are very helpful and work as back up for their employees. I highly recommended Pillar security as employer.

They have really very good customer Service, professional and Highly supporting HR as well as operations team. Highly recommended for their services.

I have worked in other companies too, but I found their operations team really supporting and helpful. Moreover their 24 x 7 availability of dispatch team is really appreciated as we can call anytime we need their assistance.

No ethics at all even there is no professionalism working as floater means working as slave in the company, having a argument and verbal Assault with the supervisor after complaining you will receive the termination letter after all no investigation nothing writing in details expressing concern is a crime here only full time employees are having rights here awful and pathetic company i ever worked with.

Actually this company don’t even deserve one star. Poor management, poor ethics, poor shifts scheduling system, worst supervisors. I don’t know how this company is running.
Don’t work here anyone. You will spoil your time and future.

2019 had awful time with this firm and its owner as a Condo Guard. One site supervisor said I was USELESS and I had to leave. He called the owner a Mr Bennai who said yes tell him to leave, Found out later both are pals,
I lingered on a bit then got laid off thankfully and found another work place, Constant turnover and nepotism.

Very miss managed company. Unprofessional staff with low professional communication skills. Nobody pickup customer service number. No response from HR department either. Zero accountability. Over all worst experience.

Its the best security services. I work there and they teach us every single thing and best place for security job as well.

The staff at Pillar Security are very professional and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my interview/hiring process.

Their training is very thorough as well. They make sure you know everything you need on the job and their classroom/training site is very up to date.

Misleading, unprofessional and dishonest time-wasters. The person doing the interview has absolutely no knowledge of the industry whatsoever, nor the ability to communicate. That is all.

I was living at 17 Anndale drive and the security attitude was very bad, I went to her desk and she was playing on her cellphone, was she working or on the vacation? She didn’t want to answer me any of my questions. Very racist!
