Chad provided a very thorough inspection of the property and took the time to explain to me the issues which were discovered. He was courteous and respectful of the property. He is trustworthy and seemed experienced. He was punctual and quick to get to work, but willing to take the time to explain what he saw to me. I'm happy to have hired him.

I had a recent hope inspection with Chad. He was punctual (despite the snow storm), very detailed, took his time, and explained every aspect of the home inspection. He was even able to give a lot advice and very useful tips on renovations. I was able to understand not only the deficiencies the home had, but also how to take care of it in the future and prevent it from damage. He inspected the roof, the water pressure, the appliances, the basement, windows, walls - everything very thoroughly and wrote a very detailed report, with pictures.
