Horrible service! After telling the barista "have a nice day" when she handed me my coffee, she didn't even grace me with a grunt! It's like everyone who works there is dead inside. A little smile goes a long way in this increasingly cruel world. Your attitude makes you look even uglier!

I ordered large size brewed coffee before leaving the station and i realized the price of coffee was over 11$ and i checked homepage it turned out around 4$ so i tried to reach them but they didn’t answer. It’s a small amount of money but it is uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. I’ll never go there again.

Love the coffee here, but wow - can't get over how terrible the service is sometimes. Girl making coffee mid-morning today was shockingly rude and nasty for no reason. Please hire people that are fit to deal with humans - not self-involved little brats.

I tried the iced chai and it was so watery and flavorless not worth it for the price, in my opinion. Perhaps they have some better options because it seems like a busy place with lots of customers.

Good coffee but the staff at this location just stares at you with dead eyes when you say good morning. I understand working at Union during morning rush can suck but please hire people who want to be there.

Not always consistent. Sometimes the coffee is great sometimes its average. When it's good though, it's excellent.

Poor store setup. They run out of oat milk and lids. Their app works half the time. Go to Arabica instead.
