Great atmosphere, love the interior and how everything is placed and arranged. Good place to have a coffee of course and meet people. In this specific day I tried, I would have preferred the music to be down a notch. Its a bit too loud for me to focus on work or read a book. I wanted to try their Honey Chai Latte which tasted like a normal chai to me but no complaints. Hot chocolate was really nice too and my friend liked it. Everything less sweetened which is good, you can always ask for extra simple syrup or tell the barista that you like your coffee sweet.

I love the coffee they have, good place to work on the computer, sometimes the air conditioning is high. The service is good and the atmosphere is calm. I recommend americano el Vesuvio.

Pricey but expected, got a honey chia latte, it was okay and got the pistachio loaf which was delicious

Long black and pistachio loaf. Coffee is good and smooth. Easy to drink black. The load 5/10. Texture is crumbly and smushy. Taste is faint. It’s ok but would not get again.
The place itself is clean and not overly loud.

Rare for me to leave reviews <4 stars but I’ve got a few reasons for it - to start, the espresso is overpriced, watered down, and I waited over 10 minutes for an americano of (for my low expectations) underwhelming taste, which there was so much confusion over at the bar because they have no system to keep track of orders here.secondly, there are about 3 outlets in this entire cafe, yet people are primarily coming here to cowork.related to this - the wifi network & password posted at the bar was not available when we visited, so instead everyone on a Saturday afternoon was on the open network - far from ideal.thirdly, there are only 2 public washrooms (1/2 are accessible). 1/2 had no toilet paper in it, which speaks to how understaffed this cafe is…

I understand this final point is not on the staff, but rather a note for the owner: on a Saturday afternoon, you’re underserving customers and well under acceptable serving time by booking in 1 person at the bar and 1 at the register - hopefully this was a one-off.points on preventable service design flaws still stand - will not be returning.

We got mocca and croissant. They didnt have the a microwave (or any other gadget for that matter) to warm up the croissant hence -1 star. Mocca was decent.

My favourite coffee in town! Not a regular dine in customer but always order the coffee beans to brew at home. This location is very spacious! Love it!

Just wanted to give a shining positive review due to the customer service I got today. I am not a coffee drinker and was heavily struggling to order around 2pm. The cashier was incredibly kind, compassionate, non-judgemental, and helped me out quickly + efficiently. Thank-you so much for the kindness. It really did matter & made all the difference.

Pilot Coffee Roasters is one of my absolute favs for coffee blends. Whether it’s take home bags or in store sipping, you can’t go wrong. My favourite by far is their Academy Blend. It taste unique and unlike others I’ve had before. The only miss for me are their bar drinks. I’ve had a cortado a few times it could’ve been better.

Great coffee: smooth, strong, & not bitter! Plenty of space to sit & do work or to grab on the go.

Such a great space to catch up with friends and/or do work/study. Wish they had more outlets though!
