It was an absolute pleasure to have Tyler at my place today. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Tyler presented a number of options that would suit what we required. I would definitely use the service again.

This is the second time I used their service. Again, their business model revolves around customer service. Phone calls are always answered, appointments are prompt and the technician was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. They are pricey and there is some up-selling. Options are quoted for expanded, more expensive service, but they are not pushed.
In summary, I will use them again if needed. Promptness and customer service offsets the high cost.

This was our second time using The Plumbing Nerds, and on both occasions we were very impressed with the work that was done. Moreover, they are very responsive, reasonably priced, transparent and do good work.

On our last job, Johnny was here for over 2 hours, and you hardly knew he was here. He was polite, punctual, and even left us a soap to boot. You can NEVER have enough soap. It was a small gesture and super kind.

Plumbing nerds came in, was very professional and diagnosed the problem and said what they were going to do and did it. Their service was top notch. I did feel as though their prices were a little high but I wanted my toilet working again. But besides that the two gentlemen that came in were knowledgeable and professional and very clean and tidy with their work.

Anthony was courteous, professional and respectful. Went above and beyond with his attention to detail. Once he was done he cleaned up and didn't leave a trace.

I reached out to Plumbing Nerds for help with a clogged kitchen sink in the basement apartment. Danilo helped us with our issue and he has been very patient with his assessment of the issue as well as the options available for us to choose from.
Once the solution was identified, he clarified the issues we faced with the option as the existing Plumbing was not straight forward. He then got his tools and got to work and it took him about 40+ minutes to get the clog cleared up.
He has been very patient with us and displayed professionalism when he was with us. Once the service call was completed, I even received a feedback call from Victoria to seek feedback on the service delivered. Absolute professionals, start to finish! I called at 10AM with my issue (tub would not drain) and a plumber was sent out right away. Anthony was friendly and professional and quickly assessed the problem. He offered me 3 different options at different pricing levels and allowed me to choose the one I wanted without any pressure or sales pitch. He covered the entire work area to keep it clean and managed to resolve the issue completely. He explained the problem, and provided tips on avoiding the issue again. I received a follow-up call after service was finished as well, not to mention text messages when the appointment was made and when the technician was on his way. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Plumbing Nerds was able to fix my broken shower faucet the same day! Tony was professional and able to diagnose and fix the problem efficiently! I would 100% recommend to friends and family!

Dan was excellent to work with. Pilozo is one of the few (actually the only one I could find in Newmarket) that could do both plumbing and gas. I had a slow leak in one of my pipes and also needed a natural gas hook-up for my BBQ. I had tried the Jiffy App, but similar to my web search, I could not combine gas and plumbing other than with Pilozo.

Dan showed up early to do the quote and as arranged showed up three days later on time to do the plumbing and gas work. He was very neat and laid out blankets to ensure that our floors were not damaged while doing the plumbing (I could not find a drop of water either and I have seen a few messes from other plumbers in my time). Similarly, he did a very clean job and actually painted the piping for our BBQ hook-up. It was cold out, so I commend him for the extra time he took to make it look great. I am looking forward to some great steaks and burgers in the winter!

We were very happy with the service we got from Pilozo Plumbing. We called them on a Friday morning they were at our place by Friday afternoon to give us a quote on a gas line extension for a gas stove which we were happy with and then we’re back the following Tuesday to complete the work, they were very respectful of our house and wore booties while they were in the house which was very appreciative. Thanks to Pilozo Plumbing for fixing our clogged toilet at our Toronto, Ontario home. It's an older home with old pipes that are always clogging. They gave us options on how to properly fix the plumbing issues we are always having, very proffesional and knowledgeable!

We got them to come and install the water for our water/ice maker on our new fridge and also to cap off our old gas dryer. Very professional job. They even installed a little shut off valve if we ever have any issues. Great work.

Danilo was great! He quoted us a fair price and was very helpful in deciding where to install our gas lines for bbq and pool equipment. He even came back to hook up our bbq, free of charge!
