Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens (Cemetery Grounds)

How would I go about finding a friend's site or finding out if he's actually buried there?

My husband was buried a year and a half ago and his grave site is a disgrace. Hardly any grass mostly dirt and weeds.
I have asked many time for some one to please seed it.
I'm really disappointed in PineRidge.

I'm responding to Pine Ridge.
I have talked to Michelle a couple times and many staff members,
they all said they would fix it.still nothing.
I'm not happy.

She was easy to work with. She definitely helped me to design the monument along with other things. Her patience allowed me to ask more questions regarding my mother’s burial place not being felt rushed. These are great folks. Thanks for your help.
