Excellent, everyone is so nice! They're gentle on the teeth. They're aware of dentist anxiety and are very sweet. They even had a TV in the room playing Modern Family which was very calming.

One of the greatest dentists that I’ve ever been to, they listen to the patient. Dr. Lee is an amazing dentist

I’m a new patient to SmiLee Dental. My hygienist was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Dr. Patel did my filling as well as fixed my front tooth for me. He knew I was an anxious dentist goer, and made sure to play music to relax me. The whole experience from start to end was great. He is extremely kind, gentle, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I would definitely recommend Dr. Patel and the whole team at SmiLee Dental!

Everything is great here.we had a small problem with the new software thinking my son was a new patient but it was solved, and, we are very happy with everything here.

As always, the service of Pine Street Dental is consistent. The service from the moment I walked in is excellent. They are all friendly, helpful and I was treated as VIP. The hygienist knows how to make me at ease and didn’t give me any discomfort at all. At the end of the cleaning, I have goodies for being a good patient, lol. Dr. Lee, of course made sure that everything went well and asked how I was. Then before heading out, again, I was given a warm goodbye that will make me look forward to the next appointment.

My son called me saying he was in extreme pain. Called Pine St dental and was able to get a late appointment with Dr. Lee. Thank you Pine St. Dental

I've been going to pine dental for a few years now and just love them. I was in today and Catherine cleaned my teeth Dr Lee checked on them as he always does. Everyone is friendly and polite including the girls at the front desk. I would highly recommend pine dental.

The receptionists are very nice and pleasant. However I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Katherine the hygienist she was very pushy and needs to work on her social skills. I ended up walking out without getting my teeth cleaned or seeing the dentist.

Dr. Lee and any staff member I have encountered have been very hospitable. A very comfortable, clean and organized environment. I'm very happy with the work both myself and my child have received. Top notch.

In search of a reputable dental surgeon who is familiar with a variety of all in dentistry I felt having the opportunity to have a meet & greet. I wish i never came here to begin with. Dr lee ruined my teeth, error upon error now im in horrible pain because of his most recent screw up. He rushed through my appointment because he had some where to be and made a disaster out of my teeth. I do not recomend going here at all!

The staff in this dental office are stellar! The receptionist was very professional and helpful. The dentist took the extra few minutes to explain my dental profile to me and answer my questions. Most importantly, the hygienist was excellent! She didn’t inflict pain on my sensitive teeth and treated me respectfully.

Would not recommend! They charge you to the max. I was charged $466 for a night mouth guard: $430 thru insurance and $36 out of pocket. I was very surprised the mouth guard was so expensive that my insurance couldn't cover it fully. I had a night guard made a few years earlier with a different dentist office and didn't have to pay out of pocket. Making the impressions was a 15 minutes visit and picking up the guard took 5 minutes. After getting home and taking a closer look at my invoice, I noticed that part of the $466 charge was a $195 "Labour Charge". I thought, "I was there for 5 minutes to pick it up, they put me in a room, Dentist came in said hello, chatted for 45 seconds, didn't look at my mouth or anything, he walked me out to the receptionist and handed her a sticky note with the number 195". After thinking I was charged $195+taxes for just picking up the guard, I called back. The receptionist said that the $195 also covered the visit for making impressions: A 15-minute appointment with one of the hygienist 2 weeks earlier. Very disappointing, cancelled my next cleaning and not returning. I can't stand places like this that try to take advantage. It's not the $36.00 out of pocket, it's the principal.

I feel like I am having a new life after Dr Lee fixed my teeth. Thank you so much. Nice doctor, nice staff, I don't mind to travel 2 hours from Toronto to have my regular check up.

I've heard a lot of good things about Pine Street Dental. So much so, that now I'm thinking of booking an appointment. They educate folks on the importance of deep cleaning maintenance, which not only keeps teeth & gums healthy, but adds years to your life! Good to know.

Dr. Zafar at Pine Street Dental in Thorold is an amazing dentist. She is exceptionally professional, very caring and takes time to answer all your questions and explain everything she is doing. Her perceptive approach to address my issues was matched by her gentleness, skill and finesse in performing the dental procedures I required. Dr. Zafar puts me at ease and makes my visits a pleasant experience. My sincere recommendation of Dr. Zafar to everyone who is in need of a dentist.
