Pine Valley Animal Clinic

Woke up to discover our cat, Buster seriously ill. Called Pine Valley and was told to bring him straight in. 90 minutes after we woke to find our cat in distress, he was being treated by a Veterinarian. Some tests were done, an IV was administered and after a few hours of observation, we were able to bring Buster home. Special thanks to Dr. Yelen and the fine staff at Pine Valley Animal Clinic.

I couldn't be happier with the treatment and care Dr. Yelen has provided to all my pets. All the staff are great and I would recommend this veterinary practice to anybody.

I cannot recommend Pine Valley Animal Clinic and Dr Yelen enough. I have never met a vet that cares so much. They took care of my best friend Boo every step of the way as if he was one of their own, they always made sure he got the best treatment as soon as he needed it and they would always call to check up on him. We are so grateful for all of the time and care they had for Boo. I know he was so grateful too.

Definitely one the most amazing veterinarians I've ever met, and all his staff is friendly and go out of their way to assist. You can take your pet there with ease.

Dr Yelen and the whole team at Pine Valley have been providing me and my greyhound the best care for the last few years we’ve had him! They’re so patient, knowledgeable and helpful for both small and big concerns. We always feel like Boo receives the same care they would want for any of their own fur babies. We’ve been having a rocky few months with some health issues for Boo and they’re always so kind and considerate at getting us in asap and making referrals needed. Finding a truly great vet in London can be difficult, and these folks are the best hands to be in!

Extremely rude woman with tattoos on her arm had no compassion or any sort of a descent personality.tried to move my business over to them terrible idea! Don't bother with them or their mask policy they make u feel like a criminal or your a pain for wanting to ask questions

I had several great interactions with Pine Valley. All the staff is excellent. They took great care of my Carter Bear to the end. At first I thought it was a bit odd that I didn’t go in back with my boy. Most other vets I go to you do. Well, that might be the trick for a more relaxed pet in my case! Carter came back out, no panting, chilled out!
Dr. Larry Yelen is kind, compassionate and truly loves his animals. He came to my home to let my sweet baby boy go in his own home. I couldn’t have been more grateful.

I have nothing but gratitude for the entire staff team. They consistently went above and beyond to support my medically complex cat. They were always accommodating when urgent medical issues arose. With the varying medical issues that came up, they always presented treatment options in a nonjudgmental way so we could establish the best plan of care together. Their dedication to their work is evident and so appreciated. Even in the difficult time of losing our kitty, their sensitivity and care was an incredible support throughout and after the loss.
