Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend Danielle Gerke. She would leave you with no response for months. Never return calls, Do multiple hard checks on your credit and never come back to you with a response. One week after after looking elsewhere I got my pre-approval for 100k more than I asked for.
Bottom line I wouldn’t recommend them.

Had the displeasure of dealing with Pineapple's Shadi moukhabair. At best he is incompetent, with no attention to detail or the fundamentals of putting a deal together with qualified 1st time buyers. Does not respond to email inquiries or phone calls in a timely manner and has no idea about customer service. Why use a middleman when you can go directly to the bank Zero help for 1st time buyers. Put a transaction and client at risk by lack of attention to detail. Stay away from Shadi. He lacks the skill and knowledge to be of any real assistance to anyone. Do yourself a favour and just go to the bank. They can do a much better job and they are the lenders in most instances anyways. I gave them 1 star because I don't think it will register if there is a no star rating.

Best mortgage brokerage, I highly recommend Lezah Ursomarzo. She was very responsive and provided excellent service. She solved the impossible for us.

Sarah Northrup was referred to me for renewing my mortgage. She replied promptly, was very professional and thorough. Her detailed communications were greatly appreciated. I would strongly recommend her

Dealing with Shadi was a pleasure, I had purchased my first home with him and he was great. Very attentive to my needs and worked towards getting me a great rate. Two years later my next purchase was with Shadi again. Professional, Excellent communication, and very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend my friends and family.

We’re do I start but please save your time from the worst experience you will ever I mean ever experience! The lack of communication the lack in response the lack in everything! Oh it gets better they are sooo relaxed back and lack to tell us the day of closing that duca pulled out and left myself and partner and lawyer with a waiting game. Then once again we give a second chance worst mistake they found someone then closing day comes they need extra 2 week then closing day comes again oh wait guess what ppl another 2 week hate to say it again guess what another two week plus another 2 week after that and tomorrow suppose to be closing day again yup they still need another two week this place is a big joke to the point the broker has not replied to any of our emails or text and phone called so we went to the agent above him and lack of communication. Please do yourself a Favour and look up spark Financial they are so intact with client never leave them with the feeling of not being heard or in the dark. Oh almost forgot we spent money on a house Appraisal just to allow it to expire wait of time and money. Thanks Jeff and Mike for the worst 6 months of our life of false hope!

We had a referral from Properly to work with someone from Pineapple, and we were not happy with the service at all. In fact, we may be paying thousands of dollars more in the end due to the incompetence, lack of prep, lack of foresight, slow response from our broker. By the time we felt like we needed to switch the broker, it was too late and too close to closing date so we felt stuck with this individual from Pineapple.

He asked for the same information over and over, and we were told one rate for the interest rate and due to his slow responses, the interest rates kept going up while we were trying to lock it down. Many mistakes were made along the way and I think it resulted in us paying more than we would have with another broker who would could've cared a little more.

Worst part of it all was that we had months of lead time and yet, we were left to scramble until the last minute causing incredible anxiety. We were incredibly frustrated and this individual blamed everything else but his lack of professionalism or ability to do his job right.

I would certainly do your research and shop around before choosing Pineapple.
