Attended a New Year’s party event here and I am so happy I chose this beautiful venue. Incredible experience all around. Honest and kind people working here. The owners made sure to decorate the entire place; outside and inside the hall. They provided New Years supplies hats/lights for everyone. They were well prepared for a huge event and had the best security to ensure everything went smoothly and it sure did! The food is exceptional. The meat literally melted off the bone. They even provided delicious complementary breakfast for everyone. Kudos to the chef and thank you to Huda & Jack the owners for the great night.

Place looked beautiful, the main course was amazing, the chicken was tender and juicy although the only reason I give this place 3 stars is because I had a feeling that their liquor was watered down, I had 6 shots of tequila that went down a little to easy and felt nothing only the slightest buzz that went away after a few minutes.

Jack is the easiest person you will ever have to work with. The food is amazing and his team is extremely professional. Overall gave us the best experience planning our engagement party.

The owner of this hall, Jack, is the most unorganized and most unprofessional human being I have ever worked with. We did our wedding at this hall and we completely regret it. They served our guests the wrong entree and meals. We tried to get a refund for the incorrect food options, and they denied us. Our guests were incredibly disappointed with our wedding and unfortunately so were we!

Garbage!

My family and I attended an event at Pinecrest and we were horrified at the experience. We witness the owner shout “do you want us to ruin your event” to the hostess, bringing her to tears and guest
having to console her as serves removed the owner. The disrespect was just a fraction of the bad service. They didn’t have any garbage bins anywhere in the event hall, toilet paper in the women’s washroom, and took forever to clear the tables. We even witnessed the workers stealing the table props at the end of the event. Disturbing on so many levels!

Was a small event, the facility was clean and cozy. I wouldn't hesitate to attend another event at that location.

Amazing venue, amazing staff, best food, best service.
I had two parties here. One was my Henna party at PineCrest restaurant and the second was my wedding at Pinecrest (big room), let me tell you, I left both parties so satisfied with everything, Jack (the owner) and his team were the best, Jack was easy to reach and very easy going, goes into details and never overcharges for his services like other venues I dealt with, his prices are very reasonable and never sales push what his venue offers, he always gives you the options and tells you what worth spending money on and what not.
The food is another story, I’ve been to different parties at pinecrest and the food was always the best, they are also so generous with the amount specially with antipasto and desserts.
Thank you Jack for delivering more than what you promised, I will make sure to recommend this hall to everyone. Please don’t waste your money somewhere else.

This hall was embarrassing. Jack is a liar and a swindler. He up’d his charge after everything was paid for. We asked for the remaining food as he said we can take, he apparently didn’t have trays. We asked for a bag and apparently they don’t have bags and wouldn’t even give us a garbage bag. We wanted to take the wine bottles, they also wouldn’t let us they will probably resell it to the next wedding. It was the worst hall to deal with and I will never suggest it ever.

I really would like to thank jack and Pincrest team.and want to say my wedding was one of the best wedding and i'm absuloutly happy and greatfull for all what they did for me and i will give them 10* and highly recommand any one looking for a place to do any type of parties. Jack was the best ;)

The hall is good, the food was good, only one thing we attended a planned family dinner, we were there on time and we arrived before the staff.
The drinks (beer) was warm.
Needs more attention from the owner.

This place does not deserve any star at all. Jack is fraudulent, he takes the full money from the customer and never gets the gall ready. He keeps saying he is short of staffs. You pay for 10 servers he gives you 3. Hall is never ready for the time you book for the party. Go there at your risk and, let him ruin your event. He does not clean his hallon time, imagine my guest we're waiting outside, the hall was not not ready.

Great place Jack is very honest, love the vibe and lighting! I would give it more stars if I could but I can't!

I had my engagement party at Pinecrest’s “Restaurant” room this past weekend and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I’m not one to write reviews but Jack, his wife and the entire staff team were AMAZING.

I was personally planning and coordinating this event in a short amount of time and Jack made the entire experience so effortless and seamless. I was able to seamlessly coordinate between the venue and the different vendors. He’s honest, very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The staff were some of the best staff I’ve ever worked with - always on the ball, catering to guests and ensuring everything went well. The price you get here is the best considering the level of service you get. Overall, huge thank you to the Pinecrest team. I will definitely be back for my wedding events.

Very good space for weddings anniversary or birthdays. Very spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful.

I went to an engagement two days ago and the security did not check go vaccine or temperature checks. As soon as you walked in he either asks “are you vaccinated, okay go, without asking for documentation. The entire venue did not monitor any health and safety protocols. No guests in the venue was wearing masks. I was THE ONLY ONE WEARING A MASK with a room of hundreds. Thank god I only stopped by and left because today I found out that someone in the venue tested positive.

Your venue deserves to be shut down. I will be reporting this to the authorities as well… you are not following any health and safety protocol. Extremely disappointing that during this time, your staff and security does not care at all and you are spreading the virus and not doing anything about it.

Wow, wow, wow! I and my guests can’t not even stop raving about our engagement at PineCrest! Jack and his team are absolutely AMAZING to deal with! Jack was so accommodating and was ready to help out right away! And let me tell you about the food, that wasn’t even comparable! We got engaged a month ago and every single guest still talk about the food! Top notch quality! Thank you Jack for everything you did for us!

I would like to thank Jack, the owner of PineCrest Event Centre, for everything he did leading up to our wedding. We had to move the wedding date around multiple times (due to covid) and he was always accommodating. He was also very reliable and quick to answer my calls or get back to me. Finally we were able to have our wedding and it was well worth the wait!

The floor plan was well coordinated, the food was amazing, the venue looked beautiful, and most importantly, our guests enjoyed the night. Everything was very organized! Thank you for working with us throughout it all, and for ensuring that our night ran smoothly, and also checking in on us throughout the night to make sure that everything was to our liking. First I want to thank Jack and the whole team of PineCrest for making our dream wedding possible. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was really hard, frustrating and heart breaking. But Jack, the owner of PineCres helped us till the very end. He was responsive even if he was not open because of the restrictions. He was understanding during the challenging time. And he made sure that eventhough we had to adjust our plans for our wedding he was willing to compromise and give us the best services. Our experience at PineCrest was amazing. From decoration, food, sevice, and making sure everyone was safe and is enjoying with a safe distance. Our guest was pleased with the food Chef Luay made. Great food man, id rather eat there than a fancy restaurant, nice walls for photography and an owner who’s friends with everyone. Totally recommended

The music was too loud, ghe speaker for the singer was not adjusted properly so the singer voice was not understandable.

We just had our wedding at PineCrest Event Centre and we couldn’t be happier with our experience there! Jack is honest, calm and very easy to work with. The venue is beautiful with the large chandeliers and beautiful reception area. The food was plentiful and very delicious (they especially have a large antipasto bar selection and everyone loved it!). My wife and I had both our wedding ceremony and reception at PineCrest, and we could not have had a better experience. Jack is calm and easy to work with, which is exactly what we needed with all the nerves accompanying the big day! He definitely knows his stuff. The Restaurant and Sahara rooms were beautiful, the food was abundant and delicious, and the service was outstanding. On top of the incredible experience we had, the price packages on offer were better than anywhere else we looked. PineCrest is absolutely worth it.

I had a hall give my event date to someone else without informing me. When I found out, I contacted jack to have the event changes to pine crest event centre. I could not be any happier. They delivered excellence and were very professional and accommodating throughout the process.

This banquet hall can't be beat! The halls are beautiful for whatever occasion you're celebrating! The owners, managment and staff treated us and our guests with the utmost respect and dignity - catering to all our needs.
Their recommendations on affordable vendors for decorations, music and etc also went above and beyond.
Their packages are affordable and customizable, food is delicious and staff is friendly.

Thr venue is very nice unfortunately, i cannot say the same for professiomalism. We came in for a 12pm apt but our representative was running late and didn't show up. We ended up leaving the venue 20 minutes later only to have him call us back about 15 minutes after we left to ask us where WE were.sorry mate, we left. Unacceptable.

I have worked as a photographer at this venue on two different occassions and I am impressed. They have different lightning set-up and I like how the management work with me when I requested that the hall should be lightning adequately for photography. The venue is very spacious and clean. Four washrooms that means you will hardly wait to use a washroom. The venue also have waiter services. You can hire their waiters to help serve food and bartending. Also you can bring your own catering services for the venue, aswell. This event centre has atlest have two halls for event within this Pinecrest centre.

My husband and I just got married on May, 5 2018 at Pinecrest event centre and I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the quality of food, service and ambience of this banquet hall. You will not find better food anywhere else in Woodbridge.trust me. The staff (Jack) were excellent from the beginning right to the very end! Extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect.and it was! I will always recommend this banquet hall to family and friends. Thank you.

In my experience at Pine Crest was a total fail.
Jack does not know how to treat people
Because of one day in my contract I lost $500. Everyone knows there's loop holes around everything. Except when it comes to paying back. The food is horrendous, no pride in their cooking. Supposedly a chef from DUBAI. Can't even cook pasta right.
I will not give a recommendation to this establishment to anybody. This is my review, 0 out of 5,10,15,20 etc. It's no wonder this place has seen so many owners and management. They haven't gotten it right yet
