Pinewood Centre of Oshawa

My sister has had 2 no shows on her call appointments with her counselor. She called and left multiple messages with no one getting back why they were missed or to reschedule. She finally got her family doctor to call them directly to make them call her back. They called back and set up an appointment. Again, there was no phone call. We are extremely upset and frustrated. This is such negligence and putting back her recovery weeks. Get in contact with us ASAP this is such terrible treatment I can't believe it's now 3 missed appointments and 0 communication from their end.

So I haven't had a stay at Pinewood Center for some time now but I'm lately considering AGAIN. I can't tell you how many times this heaven sent place with it's heaven sent staff and programs have saved my life.
I'd go stay, leave and relapse. Guess what? I could call Pinewood 24 hours after leaving to book for another stay. Unfortunately I've had to do this more times than I'm honestly able to count and everytime my life was saved. I can honestly say that I may not be alive today if it weren't for Pinewood Center Oshawa. I give great praise to this home away from home.
