Me and my Son have been coming here for many years the staff and service is always great very welcoming and Dr Sharma is our favorite/best dentist we had he is very experienced with amazing results.

Dr. Ravi Sharma did a wonderful job of reconstructing two teeth in the front up! Thanks to Olga his assistant for being so good on the job too.for 10 years and past I go and he is the only one to succeed each time I need his intervention! The office is an equal one in Niagara for assistance, care e curing patients. I am happy and proceed to continuing seen him and his precious team, as Marta, Janet, Jaylene, Mia and Seema the one who is able to follow up with determination that the Pinewood Dental Care is on top of the expectancy of us.glad that many years ago came to accompany my daughter for her first excellent implant from Toronto.it is a long driving and time spent to meet happily with my dear Dentist. I propose always to my friends to go and see him and some did too.

For someone who hasn't been to a dentist in a long time do to some anxiety and nerves Pinewood dental made me feel so at ease. When I went in for my first appointment I saw Caitlyn. She went through the entire appointment step by step and was so gentle. She was great at answering my questions and making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Martin did my check that day as well and he was incredibly informative. They both gave me a lot of confidence in my steps moving forward and I can say without a doubt that I know I am in really good hands at pinewood dental!

Omg I can't believe how amazing the team is, they welcome their patients so nicely. I went there for my root canals done and everything goes very well and smoothly. Dr. Martin and his assistants, they were awesome and made feel comfortable during the whole process. Just in love with the team ️. Thank you so much, you guys are the best.

Great experience with Dr Ravi, clear communication of the procedures and goes the extra length to help. His support staff is accommodating and compassionate. Together they make a dental visit lot more comforting. The clinic is highly well maintained and professionally managed.
Now if I could find a family Doctor in the neighborhood with same high standards!

The lack of communication is horrible yes the office is beautiful very clean but communication should be at a five star the back and forth and not listening to my wishes or understanding what i am looking for is horrible please consider listening and returning phone calls I shouldnt have to chase you for appointment

I went to have a broken tooth repair, from the beginning to the end of my visits each one was very friendly and courteous, they made me feels very comfortable, from the doctor to each of the staffs.

Someone told me this place was expensive. I didn't know how expensive until I went in for scaling and they wouldn't even give up some toothpaste to brush my teeth/clean my mouth after the routine i.e. Basic brushing was not part of the scaling routine and was an extra charge. That's how expensive they are.

Always on time with a friendly smile to greet you. Very clean and well kept.
We love seeing Karen the hygienist too! She is super gentle when cleaning teeth.

Had such a great experience here with my oral surgery. The nurse was amazing and funny, made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. The surgeon was also very friendly and amazing at his job. I felt nothing and barely remember the extraction happening! Also as usual the ladies up front were amazing! Thank you for such a good experience!

Ok so. I haven't been to a dentist in well over 10 years. My upper left wisdom tooth was rampant with cavities and a giant hole exposing the nerve, the pain has been unreal for like 2 years. I am a single mom on assistance, and due to serious complications I haven't been able to obtain a health card so assistance wont cover my dental. So I finally couldn't take it anymore and decided to pay out of pocket to rip the sucker out. Pinewood dental was AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL, COMPASSIONATE, AND FRIENDLY. They walked me through everything step by step, and the dental assistant reassured me through the entire procedure. The dentist, dr So was fast and effective, and the procedure was painless. I was never uncomfortable for a second. Thanks homies

The Best Dental office I ever been in very hi tech and modern, I had a teeth cleaning the best I ever had it did Not hurt at all the dental hygienist was awesome The dentist was Great, I had 2 teeth on the upper right back that hurt and the X-rays showed no cavities but they taped on the 2 teeth and determined some nerve damage, So what came up was a root canal but they determined that a mouth guard Would be best and cheapest, I thought that was Great every other dentist I had ever been at would have just told me I needed a root canal and did the 2 teeth just to make money in which had happened before to me when I was younger on one tooth This is The Best Dental Office Ever with the nicest bunch of people The office is so Modern and spacious You won’t be disappointed they care about there patients there not in business to just make A quick buck They care about their patients and the reputation and I have a great one

Brought my mom here for the first time for a dental cleaning and check up. The office is very clean and professional. My mom said her hygienist Lisa was very gentle, kind and informative. Front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating. And the doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Hate isn't a strong enough word for how I feel about going to the dentist's office. I've had far too many unpleasant experiences sitting in a dentist chair. But. I had to have a tooth extracted, and called Pinewood. My first visit with Dr. Reiss was great. He explained everything fully, and I felt like I was in good hands. The follow up, when I had the procedure of 2 teeth removed, was explained well by Dr. Reiss prior to it, and after the process he made certain I understood what to expect. Although I had a ton of anxiety going in, I felt at ease with the assistant's checking how I was doing during the extraction, and everyone was super professional. I would highly recommend Pinewood Dental. I will be back.the bare minimum:) Thank you!

Went in today for some dental work, Dr Nick was knowledgeable, polite and very pleasant. Plus their new location is beautiful, looks high end with a clean and cozy feel to it. I will definitely recommend Pinewood to my family and friends.
