I went a few months ago; in comparison to other stores where I felt uncomfortable shopping due to my size, the staff here were legit so nice! Its not easy being kind in such a strenuous job so props to them!

Clean and very nice people how work there they help you if need with clothes and other things

Had the best experience today at this store, Bianca went above and beyond to help with anything I needed and told me about all the sales they had going on. They store was really organized and had a lot of selection. Definitely one of the nicer pink stores I’ve been to

Nice staff that's why I'm giving 1 star. They did not have the bra I wanted in the colour I needed, so I asked if they could order it for me to either the store or my house. They couldn't do neither. Then I asked if they could let me know which store had it. They told me I had to find out for myself by calling other locations.
Very unimpressed and kind of annoyed. I ended up driving to another location in mississauga (because I called and put it on hold there myself). I went to pay and said I got an email that says 20% off and then the cashier told me it was online only. Not a great experience.

Shout out to the lady who left her post in the dressing room to help me get the best products for my girlfriend.

Only down part was the price. Not sure if that's regular though if so.

The cashier at the register was so unfriendly, almost rude. Not the experience I'm used to have at VS shops.

They have a commando manning the door. Very abrasive. You can get a message out to customers without having a curt tone and abrasive manner. They need to do more training of their staff, or get the front door person to fold and shelf clothing. Might be a better fit for her.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They ask relevant questions to people entering.
The stuff is usually expensive here plus the taxes make it worst.
I was here just to take a stroll and look for a clearance section but it wasn’t!
The store is clean and decent.

Perfumes are the best but again duh very expensive

Probably the worst customer service ever. I work as a store associate and it is my job to ask customers how they are and what they need. I walked into there asking for a measurement and I waited 15 minutes for no one to measure me. I asked the lady at the front that no one measured me yet and she told me to "hold on. " I waited another 5 minutes when I seen an associate just walking around doing nothing, I had to go up to her and ask her to help me with my measurements. I told her that I waited SO LONG just to get measured and all she had to say was "oh sorry. " The only nice person was the cashier. This goes to show that they just want their money and don't care about the service they give.

Team needs coaching. You're selling lingerie and your team was quite brash.unwelcoming and not very helpful. This store should practise more women empowerment.genuity and personable service. Also.production needs to provide more XS. I've been by this location 3 times within the last 2 months and there was no selection for a person my size.

My wife had a great experience at Victoria's Secret. Great selection of products and great quality. The staff took customer service to the next level and ensured that she recieved the advice she needed to leave when the products she wanted. Thanks ladies.

Terrible attention. Zero variety of good products, it looks like an old outlet of poor quality.a disappointment

Nice employees, good variety of color, but almost similar products. Need to increase the variety of products.

Fantastically friendly staff. Not just at the door but on the floor as well, highly knowledgeable & great at directing those of us were a little bit clueless about picking these sometimes intimidatingly detailed creations!

I walked in with a model who was not that confident about herself and we had a photo shoot later that day that when so well, partially because of the great advice we got in store!
