Brought my very expensive kitchen and living room drapes here. Perfectly cleaned with no shrinkage and Ahmed personally came over to deliver the drapes and hang them. This was the first time I had used Pink Rose cleaners but i will definitely be going back!

I was cleaning out my parents basement when I found an old leather jacket that was priceless, unfortunately there was a lot of dirt, mould, and mildew on the jacket. I did not want to throw the jacket away so I searched out a leather specialist that would help with the job. I was recommended to Pink Rose Cleaners and I am glad that I was! The team showed so much integrity and care during the process. Ahmed walked me through the steps and kept me updated. Now, I have a treated jacket that can be enjoyed and passed down. My experience was amazing, they cleaned and restored my Gucci bag making it look as new as the first day. I am delighted to give this business a positive review! Despite my wedding being indoors, the bottom of my dress still picked up quite a bit of dirt. Made entirely of tulle and covered in delicate pearls, I knew that cleaning it was not going to be easy. Ahmed took the time to carefully assess and clean my dress to perfection. Finding someone to do the job can be nerve-wracking, but you can bring your dress here knowing the work will be meticulously completed. My dress is now ready to sell and find a home with another wearer.

Ahmed at Pink Rose Cleaners is a true professional. I had a last minute request for a suit cleaning and wool jacket cleaning and shaving. I wasn’t sure anyone would be able to do it on such a short timeline, but Ahmed was kind enough to agree to help even though he was already very busy. All of the cleaning and services are done in-house and Ahmed was able to get it all done on time. The quality of the work was the best I’ve seen. He laboured over the wool coat with dedication, and it looks brand new. Anytime I’m in the GTA and need cleaning services, I will be visiting Pink Rose Cleaners.

A family friend referred me to Pink Rose for a last minute ironing service. We had a wedding to attend the next day and my daughter's fancy evening dress needed steam ironing. Ahmed did us a huge favor by helping us on the spot. Ahmed, thank you for being so kind, helpful and considerate. You have got a new loyal customer:)

My husbands post (below) referenced a sweater that pink rose damaged. First of all, we spot cleaned it AND my husband still wore it once more after it being spot cleaned. It was perfectly fine, however, the stain was still visible. The cleaner AFTER this shrunk it 3 sizes and changed the material of it. They then begged us to allow them to fix it. We have text messages showing this. Once they didn’t fix it, they then blamed it on me, even though his sweater fit perfectly fine after I “dabbed” the spot with water. Nice try buddies. In response, all they say is they have tons of expensive stuff they dry clean. So irrelevant and embarrassing. Whether you have other expensive items doesn’t deflect from the fact that you shrunk this sweater. And by the way, it was $1,000 not $500 but is now on sale for $450. They still refused to compensate at sale price. Will never go back and will bring reporting to the BBB. Thankful I have text message and photo evidence which proves all I have said to be true. It is unfortunate when you find out people you trusted with your clothes for years are actually bad people.

REPLYING TO THEIR RESPONSE: IT WAS NEVER WASHED BEFORE. YOURE LYING. IT WAS SPOT CLEANED AND HE WORE IT AFTER. IT FIT PERFECTLY FINE. WE HAVE PHOTOS OF IT. YOU SHRUNK IT AND DESTROYED THE MATERIAL. STOP LYING. YOU TOLD US TO TELL THE COMPANY THE FABRIC WAS DEFECTIVE. YOU ADMITTED TO SHRINKING IT. WE HAVE TEXT EVIDENCE. I AM DISTURBED BY YOUR BUSINESS.

I brought a new100% wool sweater to remove two small stains on the chest to Pink Rose. It was worn once and my wife tried to spot clean it to remove the stains with cold water prior to brining it in. When I got the sweater back it was shrunk down 2-3 sizes and the fabric was pilled and felt different. When I approached the owners they asked to try and fix the sweater by reconditioning it however upon trying it on again nothing had changed. I presented them with the receipt and ask them to either replace the sweater or reimburse me. They refused and now have lost me as a customer. The sweater was ~$500.
