Great location for our event, lots of available parking spaces. Very clean. The payment process was a bit confusing, but all in all we were happy. Thank you

Absolute thieves. Due to Pinnacle’s unprofessional and purposefully slow operation, we’re forced to pay $20 even if it’s a quick stop. The only option is to pay $20 even though the sign in the parking garage states different and cheaper rates, receive a parking violation from the city which is $30 and/or from Pinnacle Car Park which is $50. Terrible.

The lot is divided in two and you pay at one and park at the other one when the first lot is full. The lots are accessible but the construction makes it a bit difficult to see where you are going. It's a good amount of parking near the ferry but some people don't even park properly even though the lines are very cleary drawn on the pavement which makes it somewhat annoying. Not bad for downtown Toronto parking in a busy area.

We were cautioned about parking places in downtown. But this one was very good. 6am-6pm was flat $20. We had to go to the ferry dock and this was just 5 mins walk. It is a little tricky to find on the maps so better search for “pinnacle centre “ on the maps which is on harbour street.
We were thinking we would be asked for more money at the exit after 6pm but was not the case.

Good parking place in downtown core. Comparatively priced reasonable. $20 all day parking. 6: 00am to 6: 00pm $10. Just 5 min walk to Toronto island ferry terminal. Convenient spot to park to get access to Rogers centre, harbour front, or anywhere downtown core. Elevators available to get to the main floor/exit to road.
Only down part was that the exit was confusing. Key here is to follow bigger exit signs.
Overall good parking experience. Will park here again in downtown TO.
