Paint night was such a fun experience and our host & staff were very friendly. It's a not hand holding experience but support is offered when asked for. Really a fun date night event.

Thank you Lyja for making my daughter’s birthday celebration so special! My daughter and all of her friends had the most amazing experience because of you!

My friend’s and I (three Black girls) visited Pinot’s Palette this past Saturday and we were very hurt by the racism we faced. Upon arrival to Pinot we saw that our seats had already been selected. All three of us were seated together near the entrance. Staff knew we had arrived as we greeted them when we entered. We then proceeded to get drinks from the bar which are located at the back of the studio. After receiving our drinks we saw that our seats were moved. We inquired as to why our seats were moved and we’re told by staff that a group of 6 white girls wanted to sit across from one another. This was blatant disrespect as no one asked us if we were okay moving to the back of the studio. Had we been asked kindly we would have moved, but we clearly did not garner enough respect to be asked this. The staff accommodated the group of white girls by moving 3 black girls to the back of the class. We could not believe this overt racism that was occurring. BLACK PEOPLE BEWARE as it seems that white people at this establishment have more rights than we do

Good for fun and getting back to brush and paint in a social setting. Great for group activity and date nights!

This is a fun place to enjoy drinks and paint - you can bring your own food to the venue and they do have a bar on site. I’d say this is more for fun - I wouldn’t consider this a paint class as I found the instructions given to be pretty basic - in other words don’t expect to be a Picasso by the end of the event just have fun with it. I do prefer having the paint classes cycle at different venues like other companies so that you don’t have to worry about scrambling to find your own food or via Uber eats but that’s just a personal preference.

Tried to reschedule ahead of time to a different location in Woodbridge. Initially was scheduled in Toronto for July 16th however asked to schedule it in the Woodbridge location. The representative I spoke to was not accommodating and rushed me off the phone…

The credit was not complimentary it was offered to me instead of a direct refund when I needed to reschedule initially. I paid for the class, initially but has to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

Overall the class itself was great and fun experjence

Came here for a paint night and had a great time! The instructor was very clear and gave ample time to catch up if you missed a step. Was very easy to follow along. Great drink selection as well. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time at Pinto's Paint last night! The studio was cozy, the staff was friendly, and the instructor provided clear instructions. The wine selection was excellent, and I left with a beautiful painting that I created myself. Highly recommend for a fun and creative experience!

Rwallt fun experience here for my cousins bachelorette party! The painting experience was great and Alastair was a fantastic teacher!

The bartending could be improved given the volume of painters and the demand for beverages. There were only two servers and because of the wait we missed the first part of the painting experience. Also it was a little bit confusing as we found out our party room was double booked that night.

Aside from that these small issues our group had a good time and we would definitely try this out again.

If you reschedule booked class - you have to use the credit within 30 days and if you do not like the painting « we do not care ». Will have to use it on something to not loose the money.

Great instructors, and great experience painting. I would definitely recommend trying it out!

Had so much fun trying this my first time! Step by step instructions with great music and can purchase drinks too! Even though my painting skills are trash would definitely go again

Awful customer service over the phone, unprofessional, crude and barely able to understand. Will not recommend that experience to anyone.

I had a family emergency and was unable to make the class - although I had explained my situation they did not refund me nor did they allow me to rebook. Absolutely horrible experience please be wary when booking as they are not understanding regarding refunds/ rebookings.

Such a fun experience! Went here for date night with my boyfriend but we are definitely going to come back with our friends. It was nice having an instructor walk us through how to recreate the painting - Ayu was really kind and patient with our group:)

FYI drinks are an extra cost, but everything is reasonably priced!

It was a very beautiful session. Very good experience for a non-painter/beginner painter like me. The booking process is pretty simple and provides you all the instructions. The instructor was very nice and was not rushing to finish the painting. Overall, very good experience.

Take your friends, family and loved ones to this and you will not regret this.

It's a cute date spot. I wish their COVID-19 policy was better. This place can definitely improve if the instructor is considerate and keep in mind that not everyone can paint. The instructor should go at a much slower pace. Additionally, if there is more space between other painters, it would create a more comfortable environment.

The staff were easy to work with and flexible.we had a wonderful time.that being said, if we pay for UV paint night, it should be UV. We should have complained about it, but we didn't want to ruin the fun.

Shakedown scammers. I had reservations December and tested positive for Covid before the class, when I called to reschedule the person that picked up the phone said “not my problem “ and hung up. So unprofessional, no consideration for peoples health. Absolutely do not recommend.

My friend and I came this afternoon for 3PM event and had an amazing time. The instructor was great and one of the helpers Leah was exceptional. She said she was new there but you definitely could not tell. She was so helpful and really brought great energy to the whole event. We could not rave about her enough. The music and environment as a whole really was so enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back.

It was a interesting experience but I had many issues. I went on March 24,2022.1. They started late (30-40 minutes late)
2. They ended super early (more than half an hour earlier)
3. The painting instructions were rushed and unclear
4. They mentioned 2-3 people were going around to help but none of them were going around
5. The artist demonstrating the painting was covering her painting the whole time and didn’t show exactly what she was doing
6. It was hard to see the artist painting from the back of the room where we were seated- the painting needed to be up higher
7. The artist moved on way too fast. Almost everyone near me was so behind and asked each other for help
8. The artist didn’t make the picture as it was displayed on the painting- there were some missing details.

I don’t recommend it. Maybe buy the online version and do it at home

Amazing! The instructor was very thorough and I feel like my elephant came out really well. Definitely will come back again with friends.

Pre-pandemic I spent lots of evenings here. Everyone can participate, whether you're a seasoned artist or if you've never painted before in your life. Helpful instructors, good music, and all around fun vibes.

Went with a group of four and we all had a blast!

Located at Dundas St. W and Keele, this place is a lot of fun! There were two groups of 10 who participated in the art class scheduled for the evening. The seating arrangement make it very easy to talk with one another throughout the painting. The music was great. The instructor was great - she provided easy to follow instructions, but also encouraged us to "do what you feel" at some points, which was fun and made the activity less class and more enjoyable. She was up on a stage making it easier for everyone to see her instructions. The bar tender was friendly and walked around politely asking whether or not we wanted drinks, etc. I would definitely return to Pinot's Palette!

Julie-Anne (sp?) lead our session and she did a fantastic job setting up a space where everyone felt relaxed and comfortable making courageous strokes across our canvases. I love the piece I made because of how I felt creating it! If you like a strong drink you can order an extra shot of whatever. Gets the creative juices flowing ;) have fun!

This was my first experience doing paint night with me and a couple of my girlfriends and it was the worst experience ever! The lady at the front was very impolite and rude. Customer service was not at all there. Also, the painter raised her voice a few times at the crowd as if she was a teacher in highschool. I definitely wouldn't come back here

Very fun experience with amazing staff! A must try if you're looking to have a good time. You even get to keep the painting to take home with you.

Great concept supported by amazing staff. It was very refreshing to experience this. Just hope they have more interesting variety of paintings. A must visit for anyone looking for unique outings.
