Pioneer - Gas Station

Charged my credit card twice. Thankfully capital one caught it.their pump also tried to double charge my husband tonight will not be coming back. The tim Hortons doesn't serve anything essentially other than coffee. Terrible way of dealing with unsatisfied customers.

Once, after I refueled, my battery died. The staff helped me a lot and were very polite. Thank you.

One of the best priced stations in town. Staff has always been great. Very friendly. When we go for a walk we sometimes stop by for a snack or drink, and the people that work there come out to give the dogs treats. Needless to say the pups love it there too.

Air pump not working Feb 04-23. Used my credit card, it didn’t work, put a tooni in it and still didn’t work. Went inside gas station to inquire. Cashier said it’s not theirs. Called the number on pump, it went to voicemail. Make sure it’s working before putting money into it because you won’t get it back.

Night tine service is too bad, she smokes at station amd donot allow Customer to use washroom

I work in Brantford and have to gas my car everyday the staff there is so friendly and go above and beyond my favorite employee i call her Pepperette her name is Pat and she is the best ever her customer service skills are top notch and the owner is Frank and he is so incredibly friendly and humorous thanks to you all as you are usually the last people i see at the end of my work day
