Pioneer - Gas Station

I’m coming this gas station location so many times a week to fill my truck…whenever I go to use washroom out of order or close…. Please fix it

Very unfriendly staff I’m sorry i Interrupted ur phone call to do ur job and have to cash me out.

Washroom have been out of order for more than 2 years really. I asked if they were ever going to fix the issue. I was told that they are on a well. It's for employees only. Got news for you Tim Hortons west of the gas is also on a well. No problem using their washrooms. To me it poor management or Laziness. In not wanting to clean them.

Always buy most my gasoline at Pioneer stations. Their card readers are really fast and the price is competitive

If i owned this station i would fire every single employee and start fresh. They don't respond with any words to "hi how's it going? Hi how are you? " Not a single word besides a blank stare, every single one of them, everytime. They are too busy making international calls on their bluetooth. What could they be saying, who could they be talking to, how could they possibly talk for hours on end? One thing is for sure, customer service is NOT ON THEIR MIND in the least. Zero stars!

Worst customer service ever from a Pioneer Station. The pump wouldn't print out receipt and the attendant inside ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to apply my Journie Rewards Card to my receipt. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star I had to apply for this post.

Consistently the best prices for gas and diesel in the area. If are not pumping diesel please avoid using the diesel pumps, there are only two of them. Thanks!

Not open 24 hours during the week, closed Tuesday to Thursday between 2am and 4am. Think the server is sleeping in the back room. Very frustrating for a paying customer

The pumps don't accept debt. My CIBC debt card that works at other Pioneers, does not work here. Trying to save a bit of money with the linked card and their system won't accept it. Maybe they don't make as much money so they won't accept it.

Would not fill my propane at 8 am. Told me it's not working come back later. My house is heated off propane. Not trying to cook a burger. Worst service ever. You should definitely replace your staff

Laziest attendant I have ever seen. I’ve tried several times getting propane filled there being very close and convenient for me. The guy tells me it will be a 10 min wait when there was only 1 customer at the pumps or there’s a problem with the adapter. Give me a break!

Went to this station for some diesel. There was a fellow taking the diesel spot (only one diesel pump for cars) whilst the other pumps were empty. He mocked me and said I had to wait when I asked, and said he knew the guy who worked inside. He proceeded to take 23 minutes in the diesel spot, went inside to the bathroom, and talked to his “friend” who works there inside, washed his windows, and then went back I side again. When I saw the two inside they were laughing pointing at me, also tried to hit my car so I had to stand to make sure he didn’t. Must be great management!

Did not let me use the washroom saying it’s closed without any valid reason. I asked if it is Out of order or something. The guy at the counter said IT’S JUST CLOSED! I asked again is it because of the pandemic? Because Washrooms are open at all other gas stations. He did not Give me any reason for why he wont let me use it. I am a delivery Driver and was delivering packages near by. Extremely upsetting behaviour.

New gas station, brightly lit and very competitive gas pricing. No issues paying at the pump and lots of pumps available considering its more remote location.

The man working there, was very rude I wanted to use the washroom he didn’t let me even though I payed for gas. He was also not wearing a mask.

I would say get better at customer service but with the 2.8 rating you guys have I don’t think thats achievable. Peace ️

Propane is cheap CAUSE YOU CAN'T BUY IT.some attendants will hang sign back in five minutes, this Sunday guy says come on Saturday cause he is too buys? Wasn't busy at all.should have a sign posting when and if propane is available.

Cheapest gas price in this area. Newly started. One convenient store. Clean. Friendly service. Recommended.

We visited this location over the weekend. The premises are very clean, fresh new building. One of the staff members had extremely bad body odor. So bad, the air quality in the whole store smelled.
