Pioneer - Gas Station

Owner is very rude, whenever you go there they say washroom is not working. She is racist and always rude with punjabi people.

I love the discount on gas, specifically with my rewards card, nice shop but I try not to go in, very rude employees on several occasions I visited there.

Vary rude staff; they were mad because I had a free reward for a chocolate bar. I asked witch ones I could choose from.they said only one and it was the worst one they were not selling well I said I did not like that one. I looked it up and there were 10 bars to choose from. I was told next time I need to figure it out myself before I come in I was not happy.and that was the big boss

I was running late to work and needed to get gas. I work out of town. Everyone knows there are times when we scrape our nickle and dimes to get gas. I went in about 320 pm May 18,2023 with my rolled $23 in change 3 rolled dimes, 4 rolled nickles just like you would get from the bank. Well I go in and put the rolled coins on the counter and say, "$23 pump #. ". The short dark haired lady with glasses say, "I don't want change. ". At first I thought she was joking. She went on to say, "I have too much change today. ". I asked, "So you are not accepting my money? ". She repeated, "No change. " I told her I was going to talk to the manager. She said, "Go ahead. ". I left. I went 2350 Dundas St Pioneer where I got great customer service. This nice man's comment to my question "Will you take $23 in rolled coin? ". He goes, "Yes, I have to go to the bank anyways. ". I got my gas and to boot a cent cheaper than at yours. Mind you I was 5 minutes late to work due to being held up by your rude and ignorant CSR. I am going to steer clear of this location since my money is not good enough to buy gas at your station.

At 8 10pm i had come to this store for service and the gsa was rude and was focused on his phone rather than dealing the customer

I don’t know what the problem they have. They lied every time. Bathroom is not working. This is depend on their mood, if they want they will give you key if they don’t want they will not give you key. I am getting gas every day
