Fast friendly I've known May pioneer on Thomas for years makes my day by understanding me always happy to see her!

Contrary to some reviews here, I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. In addition to the friendly staff, the prices are good and I am always in and out quickly, would give 7 stars if I could.

I started coming here 1 year ago and I've been greeted with a smile every time. Very happy with the staff highly recommend!

Ever since the new management came the store looks much cleaner. The customer service is excellent and the pumps are way more cleaner than before. Highly recommend!

It’s a solid 2. Prices are decent on certain items. Wait lines are extremely long at certain times. I usually have to wait because there are two many complaints about management and usually have to wait like 10 minutes. One customer complained amount new ownership and there was an issue with the gas machine another was was racist issue as the attendant shut of his pump on an frequent occasion I seen the customer more then am once with same issue. Sometimes the attendants may be on the phone discussing issues in a foreign language and the line will just accumulate. This may be due to new ownership and Hr department in employee section.

I stopped to get gas and went to pay. Had one of the purest and nicest conversation with the cashier inside. The cashier (Salman) was very friendly and the service was impeccable.

Worst customer service I ever encountered in my life! Staff speak in their own language while dealing with the customers… And worst, he was speaking very bad words to me which he didn’t know that I fully understand what he said. Is that the customer service you’re giving to your customers? He was extremely rude and lack of knowledge what customer service is. I would suggest the owner to take actions in regards to these unacceptable behaviour of their staff! And if there’s a zero rating, I will definitely give this very rude staff! So pathetic

Staff seems confused about lottery and gas prices is no longer competitive. It would be nice if someone can acknowledge negative reviews. Seems only positive reviews get answered

Just moved to the area, Cheapest gas price and amazing customer service! Would highly recommend!

This gas station use to be great but Pioneer management think differently it took me 20 minutes to get 4 Lotto tickets replayed and get 5 lines with 5 encores the kid you have in place of the old crew and THAT'S bad business and management skills I think Pioneer upper management needs to sit down when they make a management decisions not accuse people of being REBELS and one other thing these kids that are working there now are all ways on there phones GOOD costumer service

What is happening here? This gas station was a favorite of mine
Staff was cool.it was clean, fully stocked and looked well kept
Gas price was always good too
I went out of my way to come here
But now it's just different. Staff is new I get that but everyone is confused
Also if I am coming out of my way to get gas be open.one day it's open then another you are closed whats going on.its gas it not that hard (never had this issue before)

On a side note where did the old crew and manager go to maybe I will go to there new spot

The station is getting worse. Very rude! Very very very SLOW! Where is the old Crew, Where is Ramy? I am done with this place!

Staying to see some new faces at this location. New staff are extremely friendly and professional. Great to see the washroom is finally usable unlike the past. Not to mention the store looks full and organized as well.

Great owner and staff. Always friendly and give me full respect for my medical mask exemption. I wish all business owners and customers understood the rules and treated their fellow Canadians with the same respect. Good job guys, you are the only gas station I go to now!

Absolutely amazing! The owner and staff are so kind and genuinely friendly, they accept mask exemption and do not discriminate against people! I wish that every owner of a gas station/ business should follow their steps, because they're doing a fantastic job.

They have broken sanitizer bottle inside for 3 weeks, when I asked him for a sanitizer he said they don't have it. The service is neither that great.but I guess its a gas station so nobody cares

I have 2018 Honda civic touring. The capacity of its tank is 38 to 40 liters of gas when its empty. How come it takes 42.7liters when it already has 10liters of gas in the tank? I told the cashier. He said it's not my problem you can call customers service and complain.

I am looking to speak to the manager since 3 days when I aske him can I speak to the manager! No need to complain about me because he cant do anything he is my relative, this guy told me bad word for No reason. Today he I went to fill Gas for my car, I aske his the cashier what this Gentlemen name, suddenly he follow me to my car for no reason, he told me why you want to know my name, he told me call me your son to fight with me.this un acceptable at all from big name like this, I am customer since years & years, No I dont feel save to go there again.

My favourite gas station in Mississauga. The employees are always nice and positive. A+ service in all areas. Keep up the great work

Consistently the lowest gas prices in the area - typically 7 to 10 cents lower per litre. Decent convenience store and a Tim Hortons right beside the station.

Go at night when there is less traffic and the discounts are higher.
