Washrooms are OUT OF SERVICE. How many times? Why dont u just close it down if not working always. Poor service

An older woman with curly hair threw down the bathroom key when I told her I wasn’t purchasing any gas. I said thank you left the key on the counter on my way out. The employee was counting items so I didn’t say anything, doesn’t she turn around and yell “your welcome”. I was blown away. So incredibly rude.
