The staff is so rude, I live in Hamilton and was doing Uber, I came here for gas filling and need to use washroom but that guy didn’t allow me to use washroom, My home is more than 1 hour drive from here so where I can free my iron bladder?

Garbage bins are always full and pumps are turned off at 11: 50 but sign says pre pay at 12am -5am.

If coupons are produced or the purchase of buying gas from Pioneer! How is the gas purchaser to know that the station won’t honour coupons for the purchase of their gas! Well, I’ll tell you it’ll be a very cold day in Hell before I consider coming back here to this location! And I will make sure people know about this and watch how much business you lose! Corporate office has been notified of the scene!

Wish I could give less than 1, Horrible service, rude customer care, no greeting, even no redline of greeting by customer, throwing the money back. Pathetic, usually happens when I travel to east, attitudes

Always low price compare to other gas bar.

Need 2 employees at a time so staff can get a chance to take a break, breath, eat n go to washroom. Also it's too busy n most of the time its one man show unless time of shift change. Need to raise their salary as it's always very busy.

Gas prices cheaper than surrounding gas stations. Only eight pumps at this location and will need to wait sometimes. Attendant was helpful in finding a substitution for my journey reward.

Please put a sign if Air Pump not working. Went inside for change and then found out. Guy behind me had even put loonie in.

1 extra start because it's only $1 for air so not ripping people off.

Diesel refil meter still runs slow even they ran out of it, got charged for meter malfunction, dispicable service. All dealing ended in exchanges of middle fingers!

Very bad experience. I filled with Silver but got charged with Gold. So there is around 10 dollars surcharge. I normally pay 40 dollars to fill up my tank. I called them and they blaimed on the wind. They admitted that another person had similar issue and they found out that from the survillence camera. Even though they know there was a faulty pump, they are not willing to take any responsibility and insisted that they won't issue any refund. Their attitude annoyed me! It appears that they just want to make money and never thinking about what is good customer service. I will never recommend filling your gas with this station.

Good gas station, not crazy busy and the convenience store that is attached is well stocked. The kids come for slushees here often.

Different price on sign boards and fuel dispensers.
Its better to go across the street at amco as they have a full service at the same price

There washroom are so bad and smelly
I have told to cashier and he replied me very rudely
I will never visit at that station again

The guy at the front desk named Umang went out out of the way to help me at 3 am.
It was an amazing experience.

At night, worst service. Employees are rude, miserable and disrespectful, no matter how polite you try to act towards them. Also, gas is waaaay cheaper at the location near Markham rd and major Mac. 122.9 here and 110.6 at the markham/ major Mac location.

They go beyond for customer satisfaction. Lady on the front desk always welcoming with smile and best customer service you could have ask for. One of the better gas station in term of pricing as well as various services.

Lady on the front desk is really rude and arrogant. She must learn what is customer service is.

NEED CHEAP GAS? GOTTA GO HERE. EVEN CHEAPER THAN MILNER AND MARKHAM ROAD GAS PRICES!
