Pioneer Family Pools, Patio Furniture, & Hot Tubs

We were having water problems and when we dealt with Ben House at Pioneer Pools he diagnosed our problem and gave us detailed instructions to fix the problem which were perfect! We will definitely ask for him if we have problems in the future.

Last week I had an issue while closing my pool. I called your office for help and was assisted by Anne Marie. She had some initial advice, but indicated that she would enquire further and someone would get back to me. Anne Marie called me back about an hour later with more information. I was able to resolve my issue over the phone with her help. A courteous, efficient and dedicated employee. She is a true asset to staff. Thank you.

I went to the retail store and pool water testing lab. The tall young woman with the red hair who looks like a Viking queen knows everything and fixed all problems. Never going anywhere else.

My elderly parents utilize pioneer to clean their pool every week and every week they leave the backwash hose out for my parents to wrap up themselves. When I questioned the service person about the lack of completion, and the risk this poses to my parents, I was met with rudeness and condescension. The service provider said they had suggested a shorter hose, which would’ve drained water into adjoining properties. This is obviously not acceptable, and frankly a ridiculous suggestion. He said they already go passed the time allotted for the job, and as a result would not take literally under a minute to roll the hose back up. Shame on you pioneer pools. You risk my elderly parents safety and peace of mind, which is truly telling of your principles. Unbelievable and truly unfortunate. If you care about quality service, I would highly suggest avoiding pioneer pools

If you look for chemicals for your pool or hot tub you went to the right place. They pool toys too and furniture.

My aunt went here and she got amazing service.she had severe algae and PH was unbalanced. Dayna have amazing service she said and directed her to the right recommendations.thank you pioneer family pools for your service!

Pioneer Pools recently did some repairs and installed a new liner for our inground pool.
Their staff were efficient in their work and courteous and knowledgeable answering all our questions.
We are very happy with the results and would recommend them should you be considering having any work done on your pool.

Got a new liner installed last year end of July. Opened the pool this June skimmer was leaking they came out to fix it and still leaked the came out again in July the skimmer is fix after the third try but never installed the beauty cover which tells you the water level. There response was its not structural and for me to mark the level with a marker.he told me the skimmer is too old 10 years plus and can't get parts for it.but they just installed that skimmer less then a year ago. Mark the service manager was very rude on the phone I told him its a brand new skimmer you guys installed last year his answer was its old cant install beauty cover mark the level with a magic marker and hung up on me. I would not recommend Pioneer pools its all great until you call them with a problem.as for your reply the skimmer was not replaced when they came our for repairs all they changed was the screw plate as the cracked the one they installed last year.and that skimmer did have the beauty cover which they left it on the ground because now won't fit the screw plate they put in.like I said they never replaced skimmer when they came out for repairs.not sure were you got that information from.

We had a great experience using Pioneer Pools in London Ont. The initial consultations with James were very informative, all his ideas for our pool design were exactly what we wanted. During the pool installation, Nick kept us informed to the schedule, and did a great job explaining the process. Very professional from start to finish.

We had a good experience working with Pioneer for the design and bringing our backyard to life. We got our pool and hot tub from there. It was great to be able to go into the showroom and see the various tubs on display to make sure we got the right one for our needs.

James was great with helping us come up with a design for the backyard and also assist in our hot tub selection. When on site Ryan explained what was happening at each stage and was quick to respond with any questions we had and giving us timeline updates.

The construction process took a lot longer than we expected due to delays in materials and scheduling which is the new norm since COVID. We used Pioneers recommended trades which was helpful as they did a lot of coordinating for us and saved us time as we could be a little more hands off with some parts. Looking back we would shop around for quotes from other trades if doing something like this again.

Pioneer’s showroom has a lot of other necessities for backyard living there such as patio furniture and all your other pool and hot tub needs. We go there for chemicals still as they are reasonably priced compared to shopping online. We have service people out as well for hot tub and pool school as well as some equipment work. They have been helpful in teaching us to maintain our pool and hot tub properly to get the most out of it and taking care of getting everything running smoothly.

I recently had pool liner installed. Mark & staff were wonderful & friendly. Great workmanship. Jackie & Ann Marie were very helpful. Great experience. I would highly recommend Pioneer Pools! My go to pool business for all my needs!

The day we walked into Pioneer Pools to inquire about getting our pool, we had nothing but great customer service from James Callaghan. James provided us with a lot of information with regards to getting a pool. The design plan that James produced for us fit our backyard perfectly.
Ryan Wolfe was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He always kept us informed of any delays and issues during construction.
We would highly recommend Pioneer Pools to anyone looking to get a pool.
We are enjoying our backyard oasis.

Thank you Pioneer Pools for fixing our pool! After numerous attempts to fix a flow issue ourselves we decided to make a service call to Pioneer Pools and the problem was fixed quickly. A special shout out to Dylan who took the time to call me and update me on the issue, which turned out to be a blockage near one of the valves (which we would of never been able to find ourselves). Dylan was super informative and helpful, with not only fixing our problem but in getting our pool up and running quickly after the problem was resolved. He even took the time to fix one of our lights that he noticed had popped out a bit! Dylan went above and beyond and not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Have been dealing with Pioneer for years and bought my last pool here in 2019.

Their prices are very competitive, service is always great! We had a leak in our pool recently and Pioneer was very responsive in sending someone out as quickly as possible.

The team came out, found the leak in minutes, quickly repaired it and we were back enjoying our pool!

The products in this store are excellent, but the customer service is absolutely awful. One staff member is consistently rude, condescending and not the least bit helpful. We were in the store last summer to purchase some very nice poolside chairs, and this lady was so rude we actually left and purchased different chairs elsewhere. I went in today, almost a year later, same person, same incredibly rude attitude. It’s sad that people are spending large amounts of hard earned money to be treated so poorly.

I have ordered a full pool setup with Ben House he has been by far very knowledgeable and friendly, the value for our money is very fair after getting quotes from around London I'm very satisfied with choosing Pioneer and can't wait for the installation process!

We've had our pool from Pioneer for over 20 years. We just needed a new liner a year ago. We received great service. Had abit of an issue and they responded right away. Always answer calls and questions immediately. They are so helpful. We love dealing with them.

I wanted to add a new review for the team at Pioneer to share my experience since the completion of my pool last July. I have to say that I was extremely happy with the overall process, the quality, the service and the follow up! The team at Pioneer Family Pools really went above and beyond during a crazy market and a very busy time. James and Ryan I so appreciate all of your hard work! Looking out in my yard seeing such a beautiful pool makes all the work and learning curve worth it. I am excited that we have a full season with the pool this year, and they have already reached out to me to book the opening and complete the finishing touches that they couldn't do before closing it.
