Right across the street from my work. Perfectly made chicken noodle soup and chili whenever I don't want to make dinner. Always fresh and hot!

This used to be one of my fav spots. But has it ever gone downhill. Soup is awful now; service isn't great. I'm sorry but I no longer recommend.

Excellent soups, love the rice bowl. My favourite is the Thai Vegetable but the Thai Chicken is a close second. The soups are always fresh with great ingredients and the staff is always pleasant as well.

They canceled two delivery orders in 3 weeks. I will never ever order again as they obviously don't want our business which is wild after 2.5 years of Covid closures

Great soup and great sandwich. Not cheap, but not overly priced either. Good value overall

Pretty miserable staff. I don't care if they are busy. Some employees here need to know how to treat human beings. Every single one of them as they walk in the door.
And locking customers out of the bathroom? That's pretty disgusting. I'm glad the province is now making it law that they cannot do that to people anymore.
I will never be back.

Food is amazing but the location is too small for the business now. I feel like they didn't expect to get so popular.

Be great to see them move into a place more able to serve the many satisfied customers!

I ordered soup, sandwich and a smoothie and all I recieved was my soup and sandwich because piping kettle forgot to give my drink to the uber driver. Then piping kettle wanted to give me a refund and reorder my drink and pay another $4.00 plus service fees to have my drink delivered to me after the messed up.

Soups are yummy and sandwiches are made fresh. But they have horrible customer service! Staff was just ridiculously slow to took forever to make a sandwich by which time my soup was cold.

Worth the trip to London just to get soup. This is my #1 spot for Soup and you have to experience the Smoothies here. All natural ingredients and I mean amazing!

This place is amazing.especially now that it is Autumn and soup season is the "mood"
The Pumpkin soup blows my mind, I don't like pumpkin ANYTHING but THAT soup was phenomenal!

Dont get the pulled pork was to dry to eat and flavourless. The girl who served me also didnt put my soup lid on properly and put in bag upside down and it leaked all over my truck seat. $18 for a meal i didnt even eat.

The soups here are phenomenal. Great place to go for a quick lunch and the service is always great. The morning cook is really friendly as well. If you're not normally the type of person that has soup I would still highly recommend going here because I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised.

I've been a customer of Piping Kettle for over ten years, it's great to be able to check the daily soup selection on their website. Their soups, salads, and sandwiches are so fresh and tasty, and great for the health conscious.

Came two days in a row and loved how fresh the soup was (real veggies in the soup) I got cream of broccoli, which also had pieces of celery& I think little pieces of sweet potato? Obviously it was delicious and that’s why I went again the next day. -2 stars because the staff rushes you while you’re looking at the menu even though I said it was my first time! I wasn’t able to fully read the other soups or salads.

I love these guys. If you think soup is boring you should give these people a try. Fresh sandwich more your thing? They've got those too!
