Piri Piri Grill

I actually couldn’t believe how mediocre the food was for price point.i eat out often in toronto and am definitely never going here again! I am not sure why so many people are giving high ratings.maybe they’re friends of the owners or don’t go out much? I also wish i had read through reviews before going because same thing happened to me as happened to other people who complained—i was brought open bottles of $8 mineral water without being asked if i wanted it.i only realized it was charged when i received my bill!

Absolutely love comming here this is our family's favorite restaurant. Food is amazing, price is very reasonable, and my favorite part is the staff who are all so kind and patient. We had our kids baptism party here and was extremely pleased with the customer service from all staff but especially manager who made sure everything was perfect!

The chicken was very undercooked, and they forgot about our order that we ordered a week in advance

The food here is delicious. There portuguese chicken is usually my go to… the skin on the chicken is always done perfectly! I’ve been here a few times and mostly for family parties where we use their party room. I think we are usually around 30-40 people. They always host us really well and the service is fantastic. My only complaint is that party room can get a little loud and echoing. If they added some sound baffling it would be perfect. The party room is nothing fancy but has three long tables and a smaller table for cake or displays and it’s fully enclosed. It also has a separate entrance.

I grew up in the Algarve and have eaten Portuguese churrasco chicken a million times. In Toronto - this place makes some of the best Portuguese chicken around. Very authentic. Great food.

Large portions of quality food for a reasonable price! Ordered the piri piri burger and Piri Piri chicken. Lovely and attentive staff, with a warm atmosphere. Great for a date night, celebration, or treating yourself!

We went out for dinner tonight for 6 people I will say food is delicious, quality was good. One of the steaks we ordered had little seasonings and the second steak was a bit salty.
I will mention charging 3 dollars a plate for bread is a bit silly most restaurants provide for free. I would say pricing is bit overpriced but I understand inflation is a factor. I believe 3 star review for our experience is reasonable.

There's isn't much to say, great food, the waitress gave good recommendations on what to eat when asked, maybe good was a little slow to arrive, but they made sure everything came at the same time so it worked out.

My friend and I asked to have a shrimp risotto with fish and it was nicely seasoned, very good however they don't used "arborio" rice but the parboiled rice with a "sauce"! I found it strange because even having everything ready to make a risotto it can take at least 20 minutes and in about 10 minutes the food came to the table, we even do not had chance to eat some bread served with a little sauce! Anyhow my point is: it was a fake risotto! For me this part was disappointed

The aesthetic of the grill is beautiful. Service was kind and direct, and the food was magnificent! It was presented beautifully and it tasted heavenly. I'd go here at any chance.:)

After excluding all surrounding restaurants we decided to have dinner here. It was a bday occasion and Piri Piri did not disappoint. Dinner was perfect and the service was great. I will surely be back. Thank you

Great restaurant, I had a Ribeye steak, it was great, but could have more food for these plate. I didn't like the combination with popato chips, but the meat was very tender and flavourful. For appetizer we ordered a Sardine bruschetta and Moelas. Both were very good. The restaurant was very clean and the service was amazing. I highly recommend it for everyone.

I have been going to this restaurant since they first opened. It is always fantastic. Great food and friendly staff.

Probably the best Piripiri you will get in this part of town.

I went 2 times recently for lunch at this place and I am Portuguese/Canadian, the first time the sardines I ordered were very dry or not a good taste, the service is overly good as I experience in other places with the waiter always interrupting my eating or conversation to ask if everything was OK, the second time my partner asked for water and the waiter brought a 1 liter glass bottle, and very intrusive again during my meal even thou the Cod fish was great, one place that was mainly a take out that is trying (too hard to go luxury) so the third time it's not going to happen!

Excellent chicken, big portion sizes and affordable prices! Service and ambiance very nice as well.

Free Parking at the back. Staff (Vanessa) was really friendly and knowledgeable about the food visa a vis allergies. 6 of us at dinner on Thursday night and everyone ordered something different. The restaurant wasn't noisy or crowded. Wonderful night.definitely going back! Shout out to the Piri Piri chefs.thank you.

My original review was of a small Portuguese restaurant in London, ON - I had visited a week earlier. A true hole in the wall but a gem. - Rei dos Leitões/king of the pigs!

This place is the complete opposite. The inside is very comfortable and recently renovated - cannot argue the 5 stars for the atmosphere. The food was okay. The service could have been better. Thank you for your response to my original review. I mean this with no ill intent.

Great Portuguese food! Came with my family for Easter dinner, lots of table space, good ambiance and nice staff. The fish was very fresh and cooked well.
