Piscines Campbell Pools - Cornwall

I called yesterday morning regarding replacing our above ground pool pump which I was advised they had in stock. I went in about an hour later and the two staff that were there were extremely helpful with guiding me as to which pump to get! The chemicals needed to get my pool back up to standards and a few extra things I needed! Both the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Very impressed with the service & prices!

It's easy to write a positive review when everything goes as planned. When things go wrong they usually end up negative. I don't usually take the time to leave these reviews, but in this case things went wrong and I still had a positive experience. The staff was very helpful when I purchased my pool. When the time came to install there was some issues relating to my yard having more difficult terrain than anticipated. Campbell pools stood by their word and helped through every hiccup. A lot of companies would have left the customer hanging, but Tom (the owner) and Tyler (the manager) personally made sure my pool was installed correctly and it did not cost me anything extra. It's easy to be pleased with a company when everything goes right, it's more rare when you can still be happy at the end of the day when things have gone wrong. Thank you to Tyler and Tom for going above and beyond to make sure everything ended well. I think it is also worth mentioning that throughout the Covid 19 pandemic they have remained friendly, helpful, and are still providing top quality service.

Tyler was extremely helpful when my pool pump broke and had all the required parts on site. Tyler was available the next day to give me advice while setting up my new pump and they have definitely gained a new customer for life!
