Pita Land

I recently visited Pita Land restaurant and was deeply impressed by Sandeep. Her kindness, impeccable service, and thorough knowledge of the products stood out to me. She is undoubtedly a gem for this restaurant. Thanks to the excellent experience she provided, I will definitely return.

Manjindes is a really great employee! Really good customer service and food! She was quick and really kind.

I came today around 11 pm there were 5-6 people already ahead of me. Kriti, the server lady, told me to wait 5-6 minutes and despite so many orders she made my order in 5-6 minutes. She was very calm and poised and she served everyone nicely. The food tasted amazing. The shawarma poutine was just absolutely amazing and the beef potato bowl is a must have. Great work Kriti! Will come back again.

Prices on menu do not match prices on cash register. Staff speak English with too strong an accent to communicate effectively in either direction. I will not return.

Great place with many options, and it’s halal which is amazing. Great location, close to Yonge and Dundas! Awesome portion sizes and great quality food! Highly recommend!

This place has amazing chicken shawarma.everything else is iffy. Customer service is TERRIBLE. I live in the area I've been there quite a few times but more then likely I will choose to walk down and find something else because it takes up to 30min to get your food. Even if there is no one infront of you. It makes me so irritated watching how slow they move and how careless they are for peoples time. Also pretty expensive. I sometimes order a side salad which is around $7 and they literally put one small handful of lettuce.

Very rude and unprofessional service here.
I walked in, was the only person in the restaurant and the guy behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me. He was counting coins or something and just completely ignored me.
If this is what goes on in the front, I don’t wanna know what goes on in the kitchen.

Came here past 9 am. Staff were still cleaning the place, which was fine. I wanted a chicken shawarma plate but had to wait. There were no chicken or beef in the vertical broilers. Staff stated they can still serve it and will be a 15 min wait. That's fine with me. Need to eat still anyway after working night shift. Looking back, I'm not sure if they served me previous night's chicken or if it was made fresh. There were still no chicken in the broiler when they gave me my order. If it was from previous night, it's a downer. I would still come back, try their other items, but probably not in the morning.

One of the slowest service for a wrap franchaise. Waited almost 30 min to place the order and the there were only 4 customers ahead of me.

One of the best places for lunch! The food is very good and the servers are very nice and friendly. Great spot for middle eastern food!

Came here for a late-night dinner was not disappointed. Amazing food with large portions for a pretty decent price.

Loved the chicken shawrma with fries and also the service was good and got my order in time.

Bad and slow service there is only one guy ahead me and it’s take half hour to make my food never ever coming back to this shop again.

Worst shawarma I’ve ever eaten. Fries were done in the same oil as their fish and chips, disgusting. Vegetables sitting in fridges for at least a week, looks awful, paid 15$ for Chicken on fries, which u can’t get in combo with drink, why? I don’t know but nothing in this places makes sense. Don’t recommend anything here.
