Pita lite Shawarma

I asked for extra chicken, which I always do at other Pita Lite stores since I do not eat the vegetable. They would normally charge me 1 dollar. The guy serving me did not tell me about the added charge of 5 dollars. 500% extra. I could have bought an additional shawarma by chipping in 3 more dollars.

I felt like I was cheated.

If you're looking for a quick and filling lunch/dinner then this is the place to get it. The food is delicious and doesn't leave you feeling bloated or heavy with guilt! The samosas are so delicious and not enough people are talking about them! Definitely give them a try. The two ladies who work there, Ellie and Merry, are so so kind and accommodating. They want to ensure you have a good experience eating at their location. We always go back for more!

Maybe they were having a bad day as we all do. That being said, I work hard for my coin and I also work in the food industry for 30+ years and this just shouldn't happen. We ordered the falafel wrap and chicken shawarma wrap. Falafel's were soggy. The shawarma wrap tasted like soap. The chicken was mushy. Really really disappointed. Also, they only offered large size. Regular size was not available. I've never seen such a small, skinny, thin wrap ever. Small with big price tag. Waste of my money. We threw it away. Just couldn't eat it. Hopefully they have better days ahead.

The food is 10/10 and for an great price. I come here often and the staff have always been fast and thorough.definitely a place to drop some dollars

This pita lite is the best place for shawarma and falafel. We have been going to this place for several months and it is always very fresh and delicious. The place is very clean and the owners are very nice and friendly and obviously care about the quality of the food and making the customer happy. Thank you for the great food.

Fresh ingredients, but terrible portion sizes for wraps and meals - double check your receipt.

Been coming here once or twice a week for the past 7 months and I would definitely recommend to give this place a try. The two ladies that work here are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The food is delicious and the portions are great. My go-to is the falafel on rice or chicken shawarma on rice.

I tried their food for first time today. Very fresh and delicious! High quality and larg quantity which compares to other places make your experience super great!

Terrible customer service. They cancelled my order after I already paid. Just unbelievable people.its very inconvenient when you tell me your skip is not working but your page still exist on skip the dishes app.

Was a little worried due to lack of reviews, but everything was great first time. The potato they add is a nice touch. Chicken and rice tasted great will be back

First of all beef is chewy like rubber
Secondly told the server not to put some of the sauce she just do whatever she want
And, she wear the same glove when she use her own cellphone and touching money and make the wrap.
Last the portion of the wrap is too small.

Placed an order tonight for my kids on Uber. 10 minutes later the restaurant cancelled the order with no explanation. I have given this location quite a bit of business so I would think they would attempt to contact me and advise the circumstances. Since the order was approved and processed, I didn’t check my phone for another 20 minutes. Lost a lot of time and too late to order elsewhere.

Awful experience. Deceitful business practices, charge you more than what is advertised and hope you do not notice as a price increase is not advertised or communicated to you. Very poor portion sizes and my falafels were still cold in the middle.

The prices skyrocketed and still had bill shock. $5.99 Falafel wrap became $6.50 (+tax to $7.35) which was fine - but when going to pay it became $9 (!) - this price was not on the menu at all. Lady then said the price was $7.50 but with tax that should be $8.45.

Massive sticker shock and the menu prices (still) don't match the final cost. Add to that, its supposed to be the Friday "special", so the wrap could even cost more on other days.

To be honest, 9 bucks for a small falafel wrap is awful value. Really upset as this place was really decent before:/

Live in the area and saw this place was open as I was driving by. Amazing food, great quality and taste. Generous portions.
Location was very clean and the owners who were working the front were very nice.

Came in here for lunch the other day and was not disappointed. Awesome customer service and awesome food. Shwarma wrap was tasty, filling, and falafels were good too. Solid 5/5 for me!

I am a big fan of Shawarma, and this place is amazing.very juicy and tender, BEST Shawarma I've ever had. Try their Falafal too. Yummy.

The Shawarma wrap I got here was probably the best I have had to date.seriously other than the fact that I’m a big guy and can eat two due to the portion not being in my favour. I would still pay for both happily for the quality I get in return. Truly amazing! My girlfriend also got a salad and some rice and potatoes on the side and she loved it! The portions for the salads are great.just wish the wrap was bigger!

Amazing service from the moment I always enter the door; the food is always delicious and to top it off they give the best recommendations to make your shwarma or even your fries taste so mouth watering good. This location has earned my buisness, i will no longer be going to any other pita lite or shwarma restaurant.

I ordered falfaels on rock through uber eats. The rice is amazing normally, and I do not like normally rice from pita restaurants. The falfael on the rocks is great and filling, and the baked potato is good; so for me this is bang for your buck. Keep up the good work!
