My sister and dad love this restaurant they always come home in a good mood because of the service and the delicious food there is never leftovers because they enjoy it so much, when they enter the home it is a great smell.

The food here is amazing and I love the staff! I always make a point to stop here when I'm passing by.

One of the best shawarma spots in Burlington. The portions are always very generous and tasty. The falafel is excellent and made fresh daily. The owners are a very lovely couple. Good garlic sauce but I wish that had more spicy hot sauce.

Those chicken shawarmas are no joke, been getting them for years and they're just too good

I am very disappointed to be writing this review … the food is not the same anymore.the chicken is either over seasoned or not enough seasoning …. The chicken has become very mushy and does not taste good at all. I am giving only 2 stars because there is a woman who works there that I believe is the owners wife and she is very very rude. She pretends to not hear what you have to say and raises her voice and pretends to ignore you if you’d like more toppings. She also rolls her eyes a lot and speaks in her own language that appears to be very condescending to the customer. I will not be back because of this woman. The owner is actually very polite he has a smile on his face all the time and is very nice but because of this woman and the food not being the same I will not be back.

Ordered the chicken shawarma wrap. The portion was great for the price, and the food tasted good. Will come back.

I work nearby and a falafel fan. Have tried almost all the shawarma places in closer proximity, and this one stands best of all. Their falafel tastes so fresh and delicious, and they actually listen to me when i say extra garlic sauce. Most of the other places have cheaped out putting sauces, and most importantly they beat the price too! Thank you Pita Nutso:)

Absolutely amazing food. Me and my friends have been to this place over the past 3 years and it's always consistently been great. We have never had a bad experience ordering food from here. The manager that runs it is awesome and puts real care into providing customers the best experience possible.

Best value and taste in Burlington. Food is always great love the shawarma chicken on salad. Yum! The pitas are amazing too! I never go anywhere else as no other pita place compares!

Have been eating here for years, never once have I been disappointed. Pita Nutso in general is good but the burligton location gives WAY larger servings. I also know for a fact that they only ever order the Grade A produce. Literally probably had 500 shawarma wraps from here over the years.

Tasty food and great service. The family that runs this place are great people with very nice eyes! Very good price!

Firstly the server was coughing all over the lettuce as he added fresh lettuce to an older batch. Secondly, he took my order then started doing other things that weren't essential before working on my order lastly he just went to the back of the restaurant. If it was something he needed to do he should communicate with his customers and let them know how long and for reason he needs to put an order on hold. I will not be going back. I dont like the customer service and I question the sanitation practices.

Great taste, great portions and amazing value. Garlic sauce is awesome and they are not stingy like some of these other shawarma places and give you plentiful.

The service was quite nice and attentive, as well as very friendly and talkative. The place is for the most part, clean with a few tables with a bit of food remaining due to careless eating. The food was prepared at a sufficient rate, and the taste of the food was quite good. I would recommend if you need to go eat something, or just to try some middle-eastern cuisine.

Owner has an "attitude" that is condescending and intimidating supporting the sub quality service n food they have to offer!

Best falafal in town. Although the ingedients are minimum but that are best for the price. You get freshly baked falafal that makes the taste finger licking.

Unfortunately service wasn't great, had been going for years, always got the same thing, sizzler with rice, one day owner told me that they don't do that, and never have, he seemed very stand offish. I decided to leave, now I take my business to pita Republic on Brant.

Poor service. I asked for the chicken and rice combo. He was about to put leftover chicken so I asked him to give me fresh chicken. He gave me a really bad attitude. I wanted to dine in but he told me that I can't since they have to clean up and the food was not up to standards as well. Will never go back

This was my first time ever going there and I loved it! The guy who made my meal there was really nice and gave me good service. I for sure will be back at this location and the Streetsville location

Great portion sizes and delicious! I always go for the chicken on the rocks and I’m never disappointed.

Always good food. Their chicken has loads of flavour and they make the best fatoush salad around. Sometimes the service can be a tad on the slow side - but you are able to watch everything they do at the counter-everything is made fresh at order so I wouldn’t trade speed for the freshness.

My wife and I are semi-regulars at Pita Nutso. We are always warmly greeted, and given great service. The food is delicious, with generous portions. We especially love their falafel and shwarma with pineapple. Great place for a meal!

The staff are rude every single time I’ve been in here, I frequently have to ask for them to include the items the meal advertises it comes with on the board, and then they try to charge extra. Also they show price combos on their board, however they don’t give you this combo price and charge you individually for the side and drink, completely invalidating the combo price. The chicken is fatty, the fries are rarely even cooked, and they just make their own assumptions of how much hot sauce you want on everything, which always ends up being the equivalent amount to the garlic sauce. Overall, I keep going back thinking it’s going to change and I’m beyond disappointed every time I try to eat the meal.

I don't know how this location can taste so differently from the other locations of the same franchise. The location on Trafalgar in Oakville and the one in Brampton are much better and much more consistent. Not a fan of the garlic sauce or the hot sauce here as it just tastes off. Nothing like the other Pita Nutso's which are always 5 stars.

Food is so fresh and delicious! The only downside is that my salad was a small portion (but maybe that's because I asked for no lettuce). The service was quick and friendy. I would definitely recommend this place.
