We have ordered delivery twice at this location. The food arrived quick both times but the quality of it is horrible

I order group lunches very frequently for my job, and I can always count on Barry and his team to deliver amazing lunches and customer service. The meals are always a hit, whether it’s the catering platers or individual meals. Great communication and reliability when placing and delivering orders. Thanks for the great food and service!

This place has great employees, fresh vegetables & it's one of my favourite places to eat in the city. I enjoy Pita Pit in general (it's "fast food" but it actually fills you up & isn't incredibly unhealthy) & this location is great.

Awesome service. Went in to pickup a DoorDash order and brought my young son that day. Wait time was about 5-10 mins. The young man Ethan was working and offered my son a cookie while we wait. 10/10. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

I have never had a bad experience here! 10 out of 10 service ALWAYS! The portion sizes are great and the staff are wonderful! The owner is also extremely friendly! Love this location!

Very clean and friendly location! They truly load your pita (great proportions) and the location also has free wifi. Since you can so many veggies, it’s quite healthy! Minimal wait and many bar seats for dine in.

Ordered BBQ Beef Brisket bowl and paid for extra meat. It was delivered via ubereats with NO meat. I paid $26 total and only received a $4 refund. I would really just like the correct meal.

I ordered 1+1 menu (via Uber eats) 2 days ago. Too much sauce… There was only one taste that was sauce. It was just like drinking sauce. Not recommend.

Literally just dont. I basically got a lettuce wrap. Stingy with the meat, flavours were pretty bland. There are soooo many good shawarma places in London, and a good amount downtown so dont waste your time.

It is very rude when you ask delivery drivers to swipe the app infront of you. It is our own business. Only unprofessional restaurants do that way!

Loved it. Tried it for the first time. I just didn't want it to finish. Didnt know the sizes well, but I guess I'm good for rather a larger one. Its really fresh and the lemony flavor in it made such huge difference. I'm going have those more for sure.

The two men working there were absolutely lovely! Nice conversation, incredible customer service, and went above and beyond with drawing an arrow when one end of the wrap ripped! Definitely will go out of our way to go to this Pita Pit location when we have a craving!

Ordered on uber eats and they never gave me the salad dressing for my salad. Called the store. Now have been waiting over 50 minutes for them to deliver me salad dressing. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible.

My first time at Pita Pit on Richmond in London Ontario was great. Server Barry was very helpful and recommended grilling the veggies, would visit again.

Enjoyed a great Donaire on the patio. Fun, social and met a lot of friendly evening people. Felt relaxed.

There are so many shawarma places that are 100x better around I would not recommend coming here. More expensive than most shawarmas and small. No garlic or tahini sauce which is a staple for most shawarmas. And barely any meat was in the sandwich. Mostly toppings.

Fresh food each and every time. Especially late at night nothing is dried out nor wilted.
Great service and friendly too especially near midnight when nothing close to home is open.

My gyro wrap and 2 shawarmas were Mostly lettuce and onion? You guys cheating out on the meat, everything was cold. Delivery was good and on time about the only thing that was good. Food was terrible really let down.what happned?

Sort of surprised this place has a 4 star rating. I just ordered two wraps, a chicken shawarma and gyro and both were filled to the brim with lettuce and onions no meat. Super disappointed.

Great fast food alternative for the health conscience individual. Quite comparable price point to other similar "pita/wrap" restaurants. Be sure to check out they're loyalty rewards programs if you plan to return. Also have gift cards available. Clean and friendly atmosphere.

This store is amazing, alecia and jasmin are like the best they will make your day with a pita perfect smile, you have to check them out when you're in the area 100% keep up the excellent job guys.
