Pita Pit is undeniably a hidden gem! Having visited this Pita Pit branch three to four times now, I can confidently say it's become my go-to spot for a satisfying meal. The Chicken Avocado Pita is a burst of flavors – fresh ingredients, swift service, and a staff that's not just friendly but genuinely welcoming.

I placed my order online. I reached the store 5 mins later, went in and let the server know that I had arrived for my order. Instead of preparing my order first, she started serving another walk in customer who had not placed an order yet. She told me to wait and spent the next 8-10 mins serving this customer. Then she finally started prepared our order. She told me that it was their policy to serve walk-ins before any other take outs - this policy makes no sense when you know the person who placed the pick up order is already waiting to get their food - they definitely don't know how to prioritize customers and I will not be going here again.

Every pita pit I've had has been fantastic, but the Tomken Rathbun location was HORRENDOUS Ordered a Beef Brisket pita with spinach, grilled onions mushrooms and peppers and cheddar cheese. Paid 3.99 for "extra meat". My entire wrap was just rammed with spinach. 0 meat, 0 cheese and 0 grilled vegetables. My wife gave me a bite of her Gyro Pita because I was hungry. Driest most disgusting Gyro I've ever had in my life. And the feta cheese smelled atrocious.

How can this particular location of Pitapit serve such little amount of food to their clients, customer service is awful, portion of food is so less, whereas when I visit any other location of Pitapit they provide decent portion as per the price…. It seems the issue is not with Pitapit, the issue is with this location…. Very very disappointed.

The hours are terrible. And when they are open and pre order on door dash it’s never ready. Food is ok but customer experience is terrible and inefficient.

My go to for a healthy lunch option. The food quality is amazing. The owners are so friendly. Great service!

This people refused to serve a person with a medical exception while claiming it is the law refuse service to anyone who is not wearing a mask, the said is the law when its not even the law. And yo the owner violating peoples right is not the law you will hear from my lawyer.

I ordered 2 buffalo chicken dishes from this location using Door Dash. Both were very disappointing. One contained very fermented pineapple that was so old I had to remove it to eat the rest of the wrap. The other was lacking in chicken; it seemed like one sad frozen chicken strip chopped into small pieces to make the bowl.i would not order from this location again.

This location has the best owners. Its always great to see the people who own the establishment, care about each and every customer that walks in the door. Most importantly, they always have plenty of the pita chips tasters to snack on while I am waiting:)

A coworker introduced me to Pita Pit and I loved the bowls. Due to issues with food sensitivities I can't have the wrap. I went in there today and no bowls! Walked in and walked right back out. Serves me right for coming to a new location. Running a business you would think your inventory would be up to date

It suppose to be at least little bit grilled or warmed up. It looks they have fresh, nice ingredients but they don't know anything about final touches, that make huge difference.

Great Pita's! So many items to choose from to make your pita just how you like it! The one in Brampton is also very good too!

Love the garden pita with all the fresh veggies stuffed in and toasted. Delightfully recommended for all those vegetarians out there.

This place is AWESOME. The staff are all super friendly, and do an excellent job. Veggies and other topings are always super fresh. The restaurant itself is always clean, tidy and inviting to customers. My office ordered a catered lunch and everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this Pita Pit location.
