Best Pita Pit I’ve been too. Super clean and great customer service. Sonia is fantastic and friendly.

Pita Pit is a go-to for customizable in my opinion, healthy pitas. Quality ingredients, quick service, and a comfortable atmosphere make it a top choice for a satisfying meal.

This is my second bad experience at pita pit. In most cases they do not follow any special instructions. Ordered for chicken shawarma on whole wheat bread, instead received gyro sandwiches on white pita bread. Never trying this place again.

Went to get a Chicken Shawarma wrap as usual and the person who is making my wrap is on her first day. While trying to wrap my pita, the pita rips, her supervisor (large black lady) comes and blames me (the customer) for the pita ripping and gives me attitude and yells at me when the person making my wrap was on her first day and did not know how to do it. Used to be a regular but won’t be going any more due to poor customer service and being yelled at by the supervisor for employee inadequate skills.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Waited 30 mins (no exaggeration) for two pitas. Absolutely ridiculous and this is the second time having issues with this location. One girl working overwhelmed by online orders and also seemed out of it… she was extremely slow, made mistakes - possibly because she was overwhelmed. Some cheap owner who can’t hire more staff? Obviously doesn’t know how to run a business. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not return to this dump.

My boyfriend went in to grab us some pitas and the person working had dropped the chicken that was supposed to go on my pita on the floor. She then goes to tell him she dropped it on the floor and asks if he still wants it?

The food tasted fine but someone needs to sign that person up to do their food handler’s certification because what the heck ‍️

We love this place but they need to be open longer. Hours online say open until 6 on Sundays but they're only open until 4

The women that helped me today was soooo kind! She had short curly hair in a bun! And the wrap she made me was bomb<3

The worst experience ever! I went there exactly at 8: 30 pm which is not even close to closing. The person did not address me for the first 5 mins, kept on cleaning. The behavior was so rude! Which pita pit doesn’t have rice? The guacamole was black! The chicken not even cooked for 2 mins! Never going there again atleast not with the same people working there

The young ladies are all very pleasant and nice to deal with. Other than the music being too loud on occasion causing you to have issues hearing them when you are trying to place your order, all of my experiences with them have been positive.

Staff here are always the nicest. Definitely better then the subway staff in this plaza. They are so friendly and caring. A little pricey now but still get a decent size pita. Really enjoy the Soulvaki pita its my go to. Small location but with great service, can't ask for anything better.

Amazing experience and delicious wrap! I loved the Jalapeno Club - it was balanced, flavorful and very juicy. I'd have it again and would recommend. The young lady greeted and welcomed to the store and prepared this awesome wrap - thank you!

I’m not from Milton but stopped by on my way home for a pit. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Will stop by again on my travels.

To be honest, I was really disappointed with my service tonight. The female coworker was very dry and unprofessional when taking my order and making my pita. She really rushed making my pita and was NOT friendly at all. Very unprofessional and most likely won't be going back.

Always a good pita. Christina really is the best. No matter the circumstances she always does her absolute best. Will continue to recommend her Pita Pits.

This place is amazing! So many healthy options to choose from and the ingredients are always fresh. The workers are always so attentive and are always there to help make recommendations when you don’t know what to order. Overall, this place is great.
