Gurjot and Riya were amazing to attend and very respectful and courteous. Food is prepared fresh and vegetables were fresh.

I went to Pita pit first time on Mississauga road, brampton. I found that they were not interested in taking customer. I feel like that location is going to be closed permanently and they are selling last left over food. It was extremely bed service and I asked for brown rice and she intentionally put white rice, bowl was filled 30%. Well I had great experience in USA. This location was very cheap. I don't suggest to visit there.

Just ordered some food and possibly the worst service, the wrap wasn’t evenly spread. Sauce was all in one spot. And didn’t even put a normal serving of cheese. Never coming back

As a long-time Pita Pit enthusiast for over a decade, it is with great disappointment that I am compelled to write this review. The decline in quality and consistency has become increasingly evident.
During my most recent experience with Pita Pit, I chose to order a chicken salad through Uber Eats. Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that the salad portion had shrunk considerably from what I had come to expect in my many previous visits. The small size left me feeling unsatisfied and disillusioned with the once-generous servings Pita Pit was known for.
Moreover, freshness and quality, which once made Pita Pit stand out, now seem to be in short supply.
Pita Pit, I sincerely hope that you take this review as an opportunity to address these issues and reestablish your commitment to the high-quality meals and customer satisfaction that made you a favourite in the first place.

I'm giving this location a 5 star review purely because of the young man who served us. Blake was by far the most professional, courteous, efficient, kind, and overall proper worker. We'd never visited this place before and he was informative and made suggestions, and a pita that 100% satisfied our hunger and taste buds. What a great guy! It's my opinion that he should be a manager as his customer service skills are impeccable and I could see him running the place. He made our experience one that would definitely bring us back just to have him serve us again. Thanks Blake for your amazing service and yummy pita!

One Star is being nice!
Today I purchased a chicken wrap.let me tell you I got two small pieces of chicken in my whole wrap! Such a rip off!

I have been to this location on Mississauga Rd many times and enjoy the service I have been given every time…except tonight. I drove 20 minutes to this location and made it there at 8: 50pm…10 minutes until they closed. As soon as I walked in ready to order, I was denied service. The man behind the counter had told me they were just catching up with orders and then closing at 9pm. Very unprofessional to turn away a customer before the restaurant is closed. Employees were more concerned about leaving the restaurant as soon as it hit 9pm rather than taking care of their customers. The manager or owner should of this restaurant should have a discussion with their employees about customer service seeing as I read in the reviews that this had happed to another customer.

I love the service here, and come to this location many times, but was disappointed tonight when I arrived at 8: 50 pm 10 mins before closing only to be told that I could not order. Don’t get me wrong I understand but I was going to order just one wrap and had driven from 15 mins away to make it on time and I did, only to be turned away! ️

Worst food ever.had chicken wrap last night.had no chicken in that it was simply full a sauce.i would only blame the person who made the wrap seems like she had no experience. They should train people well before hand.

Had an amazing experience at this location! Aiswarya made the food fast and it was delicious! I got everything I asked for and she was extremely nice! Loved the customer service, tell her to keep it up!:)

Best place to have falafel. Me and my wife visit this place atleast one week. Service is great and staff is very friendly. The best place in brampton to eat falafel. I would definitely recommend this place

Good healthy options. Only one observation, I don't understand why they give ice tea in kids meal instead of juice.
