I love Pita Pit but this location is the worst. I've ordered through Door Dash three (3) times and each time the order has been incorrect or inedible due to offensive amounts of salt on the product.

Amazing service, and so much care put into creating our meal. I was so impressed with the girl that has pink hair. I wish I new her name for this review. She does a great job!

It was great. And the 2 ladies working there today where very helpful and patient with me as i dont go there often.

Such great people. Just moving to Barrie and it’s been great. Love the food here. Keep up the good work guys.

Staff are always great here! Very personable, and it's fun to watch your pita being made in front of you. Great stop for a snack or lunch!

Was very disappointed with my order. When I received it my drink was missing which was fine as that happens with Uber, but then when I bit into my pita I discovered no sauce, and missing ingredients.

Of all the Pita Pits in Barrie, this one stands out. Service is excellent. Food is prepared as order and it's delicious!

This chain exceeded my expectation of a Pita Pit. The staff were particularly careful about food allergies, which I really appreciated. The vegetable options were also particularly fresh, which likely has to do with it being the right season for fresh veggies, but was still better than expected.

Love these guys! The staff are wonderful to me every time. My Chicken Caesar wrap is massive and delicious, it’s a god send really. Instant hang over cure. Highly recommend.

I love pita pit however, I will never go to this location ever. I ordered a pita and ended up with a olive pit, yes you heard me right the olive pit was inside my pita. Let's just say olive pit 1 teeth 0.

Would have been a great meal if my pita was actually delivered. Ordered today so we wouldn't have to cook today because of a bust day at work. Only 2 of the 3 pitas ordered were delivered. Now I have to make food for one person because you can't take the time to check an order. Good thing skip the dishes gives credits for missed items.

The girl who is working around 7.30pm today is so rude.did not wear mask and 0 customer service.

Why are your employees not wearing masks? One of the girls has never worn a mask. Most others only put them on when a customer enters the store. If you don't take covid seriously I can assume your cleaning, health and safety must be pathetic! Food industry should be setting the standard, not slumming it!

Came in before closing time, and they refused to serve me usually a good experience but the new staff In there today was terrible would say 0 stars if possible. Not impressed

I was in the store with no other customers. The guy behind the counter never acknowledged me or even told me he'd be with me in a moment. He was busy making orders for Uber and skip the dishes. But even after he finished those orders, he still didn't acknowledge me. He went on to do other things. Very poor service! Last time I'll go there.

I'm a frequent customer considering i work super close. Staff is always amazing (especially Lauren and Scotty) and i've never been let down by anything I've ever gotten. A+

Ordered two pitas through skip the dishes. The steak pita for my boyfriend was fine but the 6” garden pita I got for myself was gross. It was completely drenched in sauce, I know I asked for extra sauce but my pita was soaking wet. The bread itself was soggy and mushy and the whole thing fell apart so unfortunately I wasn’t able to eat it.

Ordered from this pita pit on skip the dishes and they gave us the wrong order completely. Not even close. We ordered two 9 inch pitas and 2 drinks and received one 6 inch pita with very different toppings than what we ordered, so we got another person's order. Probably best to go in so you can fix any issues you have rather than being stuck with the wrong order

Service and food are great for the most part. Quality of service during the day is great.night time has improved immensely!

I have been coming to this place since last 2 years and i never had bad experience but tonight the girl with tattoo on her neck, she was so rude, didnt pay any attention to my order. When i asked her to grill my pita, she replied the grill has been broken. I know she lied to me.i felt so bad. While i was walking outside the store, she flipped us off. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I REPEAT DONOT GO HERE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just went in for some chocolate milk and cookies but the staff was really friendly and the cookies were great.

Lots of veggies and meat. Short wait time and a pretty fair price. I’m holding back a star because the bathroom was out of paper towels and I had to dry my hands on my pant legs?
The staff was friendly and the table areas were recently cleaned.

Twice now my work place has ordered for delivery. And both times never showed up. Would go through skip the dishes or pick up. The workers were apologetic and offered half price pitas for next time and free delivery. But I'm never going to order delivery there again bc it's not worth the wonder if it will show up.

After ordering I asked the girl to fill up my water bottle and she said she’s busy and can’t fill up bottle. I said wow!
At least she could have told that wait till I finish other orders. I understand that it can be busy and Fraustrating but this kind of behaviour is just insulting

The guy that made our food was very kind and happy, the girl that took our payment was very impatient and rude.

The food is exceptionally fresh and the staff actually enjoy their job and take pride in serving you and your food. The make suggestions to help make your meal even better. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here, I will be back and would recommend eating here without hesitation.
