Absolutely horrible service. Placed my order, had to use the washroom while I knew my chicken & bacon had to be cooked. Came back shortly after and stood beside the customer who was ahead of me and watched as 7 people who arrived after me got their orders made. The guy who took my order saw I was still waiting, asked what what I wanted on it which confused me because I ordered a chicken caeser pita, should have been self explanatory but I guess not as I don't go to Pita Pit and didn't know that I have to actually pick what ingredients I want on my pita. He was ignorant with me when asking if I wanted items on it and replied in a rude tone "okayyy". Then made a snarky comment to his staff that it needed to get done "because someone got out of line". The guy (glasses, dark hair and goatee) who took my order was ignorant with me and to his staff as well while they were working. The staff looked very uncomfortable to be working there. I will never go back and told several others about my experience there. Apparently he needs to learn customer service 101, etiquette and patience again because he severely lacks the skills.
My husband I frequent this Pita Pit weekly and were so disappointed by today's visit. It was dinnertime (4: 30) and there was only one trainee and one other staff member on duty. 15 minute wait to order. No rice for rice bowls. Out of white pitas and the place was a mess. The two young men on duty tried their best and should get a raise for holding the place together despite the obvious poor management. We love Pita Pit because of the healthy options but sadly, may not return.
I came yesterday at pita pit after my shift ended I got a ceaser. The co worker Ash was absolutely amazing and with great customer service. I will come here again
Waited almost AN HOUR after ordering our pitas before we recieved them all. They were too busy with mobile orders and most of the employees were standing around while one of them was rushing to do everything. Two of us ordered the southwest chicken and it turned out they were out of the sauce for the southwest chicken so they gave us regular chicken and didn't say anything till we mentioned it. My pita also had pieces of random vegetables that I didn't order that had been swept in from the grill and the cutting board which was not great. I usually love Pita Pit, but was not impressed with this location.
Staff member abbey was absolutely outstanding! She and all the other workers there didn’t hesitate to put a genuine smile on peoples faces! My pita and drink was absolutely amazing and tasted great!
Probably won't be back, and I don't mean to this specific store, I mean to Pita Pit in general. It's ridiculous that to get a gluten-free pita I have to pay for a regular sized pita, plus $2 extra for a gluten-free pita that is wayyy smaller then the regular size. Then, it seems like the poor workers hate the GF pita because they have to microwave it, it burns their fingers, and it rips and is hard to handle. Then! They can't put nearly as much toppings in it because it's so small and mangled, and I end up paying almost $15 for a small sized Pita. Their system is broken in my opinion and I think today was the final straw. I appreciate that it's healthier then burger joints and they offer a gluten-free option, but I can't justify paying so much for such a small pita.
I love Yogen Früz. So much so that I will go to Pita Pit just for that (and pay over $7 for a small). Today, when I went there, they used ice cream out of a huge gallon tub and tried to pass it off as yogen früz. I questioned it when I noticed they were not using the usual frozen yogurt pucks, but they assured me it was the same. IT WAS NOT! Really bad business practice to advertise one thing but serve another. I would NOT have paid $7 for plain ice cream. Shame on you, Pita Pit!
Order from skip the dishes ordered 3 pita bowls and Lrg pita bowls had hardly any rice and received what was to be one of there bowls in the log pita and the pita in the bowl. You would think your order would be right after ordering online! Me and my family order at least 2 or 3 times a month This will be last time!
Ordered through Uber eats. Paid $23.00 for a large build your own rice bowl. I received no rice. A mound of brown wilted lettuce in lieu of the rice? There were max 2 pieces of Buffalo chicken that was chopped into micro pieces. I couldn’t even eat the bowl beyond 3 bites because the lettuce tasted terrible. It’s very clear this restaurant opts to not put any regard into their orders through 3rd party delivery agents. Do not recommend.
Portions were ridiculously small compared to the pita pit on Dalton Ave, about half the size in comparison. He didn't even include all of the toppings requested: (100% would never go again.
I am very upset with the customer service. The tall girl who made a pita for us was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted like she wanted to throw the pita to our faces. She made the wrap torn up and when I asked her to change the wrap, she said that: " Wow look at that, it's pretty". Moreover, she rolled the pita loosely and roughly so we found it very uncomfortable to eat. I will never come back this place again.
Hi girl who just growled at me be because she has to make a pita, the taller girl with the bun, not the nice, shorter one with the braid. It's 7: 30 pm, you are open till 8: 00pm. Sorry I ruined your life because I needed to buy a pita.
I want to start by saying the food and the service has been fantastic every time I have gone in, however I get the same thing every time for the past 3 visits (a pre-made menu option) and it is made different every single time I order it. I think you guys should know this as, the next person may be allergic to something you have added that it does not come with.
Horribly horribly slow.the ones making the pitas are always "new" and this is their word.not mine. Different people taking the order than the ones making it.always confusion.stay away from this one if you can.seriously.go to somewhere that cares about customers.and ALEX who works at head office IS A JOKE! SHE SHOULD QUIT WHILE AHEAD! SHE ESPECIALLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HIRE SOMEONE THAT DOES!
Love this place! Best pita pit in down by far, food is always really good! Staff is amazing, always recognize me when i come in the door, some even make a point to try and remember my order!:)
Pita pit. Please take note and get it together. When you order a falafel, you dont take 1 falafel and break it up for a wrap. I paid over $20.00 for two small falafel wraps that barley even tasted like falafel because of how little falafel was in there. A falafel is just chick peas. It's the lest expensive thing on your menu. Dont cheap out on your customers. I just went to a new location that just opened up in kingston. There falafel wrap has 3 BIG falafel patties on a small wrap. THREE! I suggest you go down to osmows and see what a falafel wrap really is and maybe just maybe I'll think about you guys in 2025.
Love me a falafel wrap! Custom made, excellent excellent delicious lunch! Yummy! You can have you veggies in the grill or not, ypu can have your wrap toasted, or not. So yummy!
It is my favorite place to go when I want something mostly healthy and still fast. The pita pit has a great group of staff that remember your favorites and are super friendly. The one near fabricland is the best!
My go to place when I’m in town on work travel. The pitas are amazing, place is clean and staff are friendly. Shout out to Victoria your customer service rocks and you actually smile:)
Great food and service on this occasion. The person working took my order and prepared it as well and was attentive and polite. The order seemed to take a lot longer than necessary though because there was only one person working and she was trying to attend to everybody at the same time.
