Pita Pit - Empire Court

I have no issues with the staff or service, but the prices are insane and every time I stop in here, it's somehow more every time even though I always get the same thing. Before covid, it was about $10-$11. Six months ago, $13, and now up to $15! My order is a SMALL chicken cesar wrap, which is only marginally bigger than a can of pop. I've decided enough is enough, I'm not paying that much for such a tiny lunch. If I get it as a salad (which is the same price) I have to tell whoever is making it that a tiny handful of lettuce is not enough food for anyone in a $15 salad, and have to tell them every single time to add more lettuce. Enjoy price gouging other people; you won't get my business anymore!

Amazing location. Very friendly staff and the local family that owns this location is just wonderful to deal with. Always supporting the local teams and business. And of course that food is fresh and awesome.

Pita was good but I was very disappointed with the serving size. Cost me almost $15 for a pita with double meat and it was smaller than a pop can. When I mentioned it was double meat the employee just kind of shrugged it off.and because the owner or moderator seems to want to deal with poor ratings by blaming other stores this was beside the Invista Centre.

I eat pita pit at least once a week, first time trying this location and it is absolutely terrible. We tried to order on Uber and they cancelled twice so we went in and they said they “don’t want money going to other corporations”…. Then why are you on Uber? We ordered a western pita and after 15 minutes they came back to say they don’t have eggs, no biggie but why did it take you so long to figure that out. Got home with the pitas and the one with no onion had extra onion and two of the four orders completely fell apart when unwrapped. Poor service, poorly managed, and poor quality.

I ordered a pita and had requested mushroom, onions and green pepper on the grill. When I got home I was missing all three. So my pita was just lettuce, cucumbers and cheese. I was disappointed but get mistakes happen. I tried to call to fix the order, but it didn’t even ring. Tried a couple times, went straight to voicemail, so I left a message. It’s been over a week and no one has responded. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had here. So very frustrated with the location.

One of my favorites. Never matters what city, taste is always perfect.

Excellent service and food is good as always. Just need better pita bread as mine disintegrated halfway thru.
