Pita Pit

Wasn't greeted with a hello good morning nothing. Pretty sure that the woman who served me on Sunday October 1st at the Arthur location soon figured out I wasn't impressed. Seriously if you don't like your job find another one.

I was just trying to get food at 6 pm after a trip with my friends, but the staff made this frighteningly difficult (literally). One of us had to ask for lettuce three times because the female employee gave them 4 individual strands of lettuce. The employees made it seem like every request was a huge demand. Additionally, the faces we were met with looked like they had never seen kindness in their entire lives, they looked dead inside, This is the only review I've ever felt the need to write because I've never felt like such an inconvenience for purchasing something from a company. But to be fair ordering a drink is a huge request so I understand why they did not give it to us. All jokes aside we had to fight over who would ask for the lemonade they forgot because we were so frightened. I will never be returning to this location again until a public announcement is made announcing the employees dismissal. I would not wish this customer service upon my worst enemy.

Had to go down a star, because that last visit was very disappointing!
