Pita Pit

Extremely unfriendly staff. Their generosity finished with the lettuce. Their intension is clearly to fill pita pocket with the lettuce and a touch of everything else. My guess is that employees are instructed/trained to nickel and dime all but lettuce, they literally just touch tomatoes and cucumbers and whatever sticks to their glove, is what goes into your pita. And if you dare to ask for more, you get dirty look. Bad service, bad atmosphere, mediocre pita. If owner wants to stay in business and have happy clients, need to give second thought. Also train your staff to be friendly, to smile and to treat nicely those who are there not to bug you but to leave their money. With service going down the road may not be for very long

Been here a few times and it's been great every time. Enough staff that you don't have to wait and they're friendly as well! We love going and always comment on how fresh the food always is and why we don't remember to go more often.

So, the boys and I went to Pita Pit to grab some Pitas, only to find that they had eliminated shredded cheddar cheese and replaced it with some Subway like triangle slices. We were astounded thinking that this must be some joke, but the bro behind the counter confirmed that the change was made by head office and that shredded cheddar would no longer be available.

Well, let me tell ya, we won't be back to Pita Pit any time soon, they done messed up on this decision.

Extremely disappointed with the overall service today. Whoever you had working today, Jan 28, not only put my order in someone else’s bag but did not help me when I asked where my order was, just rolled her eyes at her coworker. The person who got my order who was also a customer assisted me instead I will never be returning: teach your staff some manners

Staff is extremely rude and participates in medical discrimination. Absolutely disgusted with how we were treated. Pita Pit should be ashamed.

I mean, it's not haute cuisine, but its an excellent pita. The employees at this location have always been nice and have never got my order wrong.

The staff did not cooperated as I was a beginner with the order process. Instead of being polite they were making fun of me. They were smiling in an insulting way. This was not expected. I wish I could give a zero star.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Never had pita pit before, ordered it prolly 3 days ago and ended up with food poisoning Worse than when I got covid. Don't order their steak. Absolutely disgusting.
