Since the new owners bought the franchise the portions are noticeably smaller. Perhaps they could institute weighing the components rather than just guessing the amount of lettuce etc.
BAFFLED by the amount of 5 stars given on here. Without doubt the veggies are always waterlogged as they have been sitting there for days and not being replaced. It is very clear this place is and has been hurting for money for a while now as every time I go in to this location there is only ever one worker working (maybe one hides in the back and doesn't help with the big lines out front?) Don't know but non the less it appears as if there is little to none training for the employees. A customer ahead of me wanted their falafel in the microwave as it is a vegetarian option and didn't want it touching the meat on the grill and the women did not understand at all. Then came my turn for a chicken crave and they always put just the chicken on the grill then AFTER your pita is made they put the ham on the grill for less than a second. If the other meat is coked and warm id like the rest of the meat on my pita to be the same. Just me? The steamer is broken so they do not attempt to use it unless asked when the pitas as hard as a rock to begin with and they just rip if not steamed before! The atmosphere is just bad with no music or anything in there its just awkward silence with little customer service from the staff. So sad to see this place go down hill after new owners came in a couple years back.
Employees really don't want to work there.no patience rushed through . Overdid on all sauce half chicken dropped. Meh experience for a $16 pita (tax and tip)
