Pita Pit

It was once a wonderful place, but since the management changed, everything has gone downhill. The food doesn't feel as fresh, the customer service is terrible, and it's absurd that they think it's okay to have just one staff member. Very disappointing – won't be returning.

I visited for the first time. The food was delicious.
My brother and I both agreed. We ate inside and taste was unforgettable. I wouldn't say that the new ownership changed anything on the menu, and I disagree with other commenters that the quality or value has tanked.
I hope folks can continue to give them a chance so that business can continue. It remains the best place I've ever eaten at.

New owner and Manager needs to learn how to staff this place properly. One person doing everything is completely outrageous

Kunal and his team did an outstanding job of taking care of details with our catering order (sauce and no sauce exceptions, for example)! Kunal was very accommodating and helpful.they even helped me load up my vehicle with the various platters, sauces, etc! Would order from here again!

That stupid worker. Who was working on August 25th. At 9.30pm.

This is not how you act to costumer. You cannot just end the conversation as you want. This is horrible! Go correct yourself. If you are like this person go work where you deserve to work.

20-30mins delay on pickup orders. They only start making them after you've gotten there.

Been to this location a few times and staff have always been great. Very polite and make the pitas well.

I come here frequently and have not had any issues. However, today I went in, there were 3 people behind the counter, one of which didn't have their hair tied back in a ponytail. I waited til the other customers left and mentioned that she should have her hair tied back because it can fall in the food.she smiled nodded and walked away back to cash. I mentioned to another person behind that I work in food safety and she should have her hair back. His answer was "she doesn't work here" (she had helped make 2 pitas while I was there) I said it doesn't matter that's basic foodservice hygiene. He didn't seem to care.

Was a bit shocked by the service here. Once I came here and was left at the counter for about 10 minutes before being served. Associate was in the back room watching something on their phone. Other times it hasn't been great either. Very slow service.
