The management and staff were super friendly. Cleanest store i have been in so far. Fast, friendly and just an over all great experience.

This establishment is a joke.
The lady owner berates their employees, no wonder when I come here a few times other new employees work.
People working here never happy!

I'm a huge Pita Pit fan. I've been to 12 locations spanning 5 provinces. I love the consistency of the food and the variation of options that I can create. Though I typically do get the same thing (creature of habit). The food was great though at this location I found the working staff a bit flat, nothing the said really made for a great conversation or memory. And with me being a people person this was the only down momemt for me. Not that they said it did anything wrong, you just couldn't see their live for the job and the passion wasn't visible. I do however recommend pita pit to all ages, shapes and sizes.

I find the ordering process a bit tedious, especially when it's busy. Not a whole lot of seating at the location either. I found the food really nice and think it's a good option if you're in the mood for something a bit healthier.

I was there for breakfast today and Tristan was the one who took order and Juilan (sorry if I spelled any of your names wrong) was the one did our two black bean pitas. They both were super nice so welcoming. We were in the conversation for whole time about different things and pitas of course. The amount of toppings I got in my pita was very generous (you could see the photo). I was visiting from montreal and we don’t have pita pit there anymore. The way I was served just made my day. I couldn’t write all I still feel I can go on and on.

Two employees were not only inattentive but me and my family entered with nobody inside and ordered and when we did not know how this place works the girl behind counter said “over here” in a rude tone, while we all we’re eating we never got our frozen shakes (3) so when I went to counter to ask for them I was told “it’s busy I gotta wait” smfh! …. We waited for 10 minutes after meal was done and was rude again when she gave us the wrong frozen drink and gave it to someone that just walked in.

Never returning to any pita pit again!

The server was absolutely rude. As she was putting together our salad bowls, we had to keep asking for more of each item as she was literally putting 2 pieces of lettuce. I also noticed there was no more guacamole in the bin so I asked if they were out and she responded by just saying "no" with a very curt tone. Fortunately the young lady who was working the cash overheard me and told me they had some in the back and brought some out for us. While she continued to put our bowls together a white man came in with his child and her demeanor changed from rude and curt to the most pleasant. She greeting then with a big smile and was so warm and welcoming. This was a blatant display of racism. I will never go back to this location and I will be sure to let my people know not to as well.

Went during lunch hours so it was pretty busy. Workers seemed overloaded but theyre not cutting corners. (Give these ppl a raise) Food was good and they didnt skimp on service.

Great pitas.
Tried to place an order online for pick up, but the app defaulted to 1030am.when I tried to order for 930pm. (They said the app cut off is 930pm) When we went to the store, I asked how to get my card refunded, and I was told "I" would have to look into that. " I know, that's why I asked! Employees should be able to point me in the direction on who i can contact who can solve this issue.

This was my first time at the pitapit in this location and my experience was wonderful, thanks to the sweet girl Farra! I went in and out superfast the place was really clean and then food was wonderful, Definitely going there again!

It's a normal pita pit. It is clean, service is fast and good. Prices have gotten a bit out of hand though which is why it's probably quiet most of the time. But the Staff are great and the food is good. I do miss the old days when pita pit used to mix all the ingredients in a bowl before filling your pita though.

Do not recommend. I ordered grilled halloumi & falafel pitas through uber eats and both pitas were super cold when I requested to toast it while ordering. Also, there was only one falafel ball in the whole pita. What am I supposed to just eat the whole pita filled with cheese and raw vegetables.

Love me some pita pit. Usually great food and not too long of a wait. Need to try the Doritos bowl soon. Tristin makes awesome bowls and they are very filling.

I love this Pita Pit! The staff always going above and beyond to give great customer service, the veggies are always fresh and the protein is cooked to perfection! I definitely reccomend coming here!

I'm here on vaycay looking for something healthy to eat. So Smarma salad bowl with OMG and Chipotle Amazing customer service everyone smiling great atmosphere highly recommended. 5 star

Simply if I could give this a 0 I would! I love pita pit truly but I ordered a salad which they ain’t cheap for it to have absolutely not even a handful of lettuce not even half the bowl was full! Truly unimpressed and very disappointed and won’t be supporting this business anymore! Gladly would show anybody the photo I have of this don’t waste your money simply
