Hey Pita pit!
First off would like to say is this your way of cost cutting? I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap about 15 mins ago and got about 2 or 3 dime size pcs of chicken. And the rest of the wrap veggies…. And then to see that others have posted about you being stingy on the protine would love to be a customer in the future and love wraps but not while whoever owns this place keeps up the food like that. I’m super glad their was other food places near by to get a meal that would hit the spot. Anyone who reads this and is in denial go there and try it yourself. You’ll be wasting your money tho …

The owner gets his friends, family members, and anyone he can to leave phoney reviews. Don't waste your time.
I recently visited Pita Pit for a quick meal, and while the food was decent, I must say that my overall experience was dampened by the rude behavior of the owner. A bald man.
The menu offered a variety of pita options, and I found the ingredients to be fresh and flavorful. The ability to customize my pita with various toppings was a great feature, allowing me to tailor it to my preferences.
However, what left a sour taste in my mouth was the encounter with the owner. From the moment I entered the establishment, I sensed a palpable air of hostility. The owner seemed disinterested in assisting customers and displayed a lack of patience when taking orders.
When it came to my turn, I was met with curt responses and a dismissive attitude. It felt as though I was inconveniencing the owner by being there. The overall customer service left much to be desired, and I left feeling disappointed and disheartened.
As someone who appreciates good food and excellent service, I believe that the treatment of customers is crucial in the success of any establishment. Sadly, the rudeness displayed by the owner overshadowed the otherwise enjoyable meal experience.while Pita Pit offers tasty food and customizable options, I would hesitate to recommend it due to the unpleasant encounter with the owner. Put more meat on your shawarma, what a joke, paid extra for the meat.never coming back.feels more like a vegan meal.

Fantastic team and management, amazing quality and fresh food for a reasonable price. What can you complain about. Kids friendly store. Person at the front gave. Juice box for my kid

Excellent and versatile meal option. The prices for the food were within my budget and the quality and taste exceeded expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. Would eat here again and I recommend this place as well!

Decided to go there today for the first time and asked for the chicken souvlavki wrap. Service was super rushed and the owner came across as rude rushing me to choose my ingredients. I thought the wrap would have some pre-set ingredients being a souvlavki warp in all? Instead I had to ask to manually add all ingredients like feta and tasiki sauce, which are standard chicken souvlavki ingredients. When asking for feta and some other ingredients he was clearly impatient. Also pricey, $13.40 for a medium chicken wrap. Aside from the poor service and tiny amount of chicken, food was fresh.

Taste of the turkey and gyro pitas is great but they don't follow toppings orders very well.both orders I have had here had missing toppings. Ordered through UberEats.

The portion of chicken is ridiculously small on the salad would not buy again. I wish I could add a picture to show but I can’t figure it out

Such good pitas! Get the Buffalo Chicken Bacon Caesar you won’t regret it. Perfect amount of sauce, veggies and spice. Will be back!

Always loved the Pita Pit franchise from over 20 years ago. This one just happens to be our fav as its local and always has great customer service. Love the pita choices and how great the food tastes.

My daughter usually like this store
But today she went to buy pita around 2 to 3pm. She ordered kid size pita for her sister, but the girl incharge told her that next time you can't order kid size pita, she was kind of warned or ordered to order adult size. What kind of people are there, very greedy and mean for the business. Usually I go with the kids and had no problem. Be careful guys! I will go there to complain with the date and exact time it happened.

My first and final time order from this restaurant. Ordered a bowl, only 1 piece of protein (size 1 inch by 1 inch) for the entire bowl. Never felt so rip off before. If i could post without a star, guess what they will get.
